What is the Gateway Volunteer Auxiliary?
This non-profit organization is the fellowship and
fund-raising arm of Gateway’s Volunteer Services.
The Volunteer Auxiliary, through its many
fund-raising efforts, supports the healthcare needs
of the community and the patients of Gateway
Medical Center. Funds have supported renovations
and patient improvements throughout Gateway,
college scholarships and much more.
How will the funds be used?
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will help fund
Camp Willow Creek — a place where children and
teens can find comfort and hope after the death of a
loved one. The camp is staffed by trained volunteers
through Gateway Hospice. Camp Willow Creek is
held at Camp Brandon Springs, a retreat center
located at Land Between the Lakes, 65 miles northwest of Clarksville. Thanks to your support of this
year’s tournament, more than 60 children will attend
camp at no cost to them. For more information, visit

Proceeds from Mulligan and Putting Challenge sales
will benefit the Volunteer Scholarship Fund. Each
year the GMC Volunteer Auxiliary awards college
scholarships to graduating high school seniors who
exemplify outstanding volunteer service both
within Gateway Medical Center and throughout
the community.
