Case Study:
GDF Suez at 40 Holborn Place, London
A landmark Cre8 project for a landmark London building at 40 Holborn Place.
This refurbishment required a sophisticated and eye catching range
of specialist joinery finishes, from a glass feature fin wall in safety glass
and coloured film to a curved Corian desk and tea points with walnut
doors, all providing the required high class finish that Cre8 Joinery
Solutions is renowned for.
The project was further notable for the provision of a large
QubeWall® installation to provide unique and bespoke storage
solutions for the entire office environment.

This prestigious office refit showcases a range of our bespoke joinery solutions from the minute you enter
its doors, delivering a clean and crisp entrance lobby with signature joinery detailing, feature wall and
reception desk. But in fact this large office development is spread over five floors. The brief was to provide
a large-scale office space developed and fitted out with a range of our bespoke joinery solutions and
products, including Duraglas®

TelecityGroup Offices
Exchange Towers, Canary Wharf
In the heart of London’s Docklands, a sea
of design tranquillity
Cre8 Joinery Solutions’ project forms part
of this prestigious office suit designed and
built for the TelecityGroup on the 4th floor
of Exchange Towers near Canary Wharf in
London’s Docklands. The development includes

large elements of Cre8’s bespoke joinery
alongside key Cre8 products including full
Duraglas® wall panels with in-built multimedia
stations. We’ve also provided furnishings
from our Cre8 Soft Furniture Range and
innovative QubeWall® storage, another of our
trademarked products. The result is a luxurious
office fit out for the TelecityGroup with a
massive square footage.

Design and implementation as sharp as a shot
of juice from a lemon
The stunning fit out by Cre8 Joinery Solutions for frozen yoghurt snack outlet, “Tutti Frutti” has
opened to wide acclaim. Featuring a stunning level of bespoke joinery alongside our unique
joinery products, where colour and vibrancy were key attributes for this development. Here
traditional and cutting edge joinery meet with the latest in interior design, completing this new
landmark retail outlet in London’s stylish Covent Garden area.

Zebedee Capital LLP
New London Offices
A prestigious office fit out with plenty of bounce
in London’s swinging Soho
A prestigious London office fit out for Zebedee Capital LLP, a successful financial
investment advisory firm with its headquarters in new offices located on the 5th floor
of the redeveloped building at 25 Great Pulteney Street in Soho, central London.
The new office space has been built to provide a bright, open plan aspect. We’ve
also utilised our bespoke joinery solutions and trademarked Cre8 products including
Duraglas® to create beautifully curved “pods” for each person. The sweeping curves
and of course, the space and office layout, all help to ensure a vibrant yet peaceful
working environment. We’ve achieved this while retaining sweeping views across the
rooftops of London’s Soho.

Man Capital LLP at 4 Grosvenor Place, London
From reception to boardroom, a luxurious office refurbishment more than fit for business
Here Cre8’s specialist joinery team delivered
a stylish and prestigious London office
refurbishment, with complementary finishes
across the development, taking in the entrance
reception area, offices, boardrooms and
executive toilet.
Highlights included an engraved stone slab to
the curved walnut reception desk, horizontal
grain walnut veneered wall panels and feature
cream faux leather panels.
The executive toilet was also luxuriously fitted
out in stone worktops and walnut panels.

Coventry Capital
at 52 Charles St, Berkeley Square, London
A classy office fit out to put a song in the heart of any nightingale
Cre8 were tasked with creating a beautiful
signature office refurbishment for Coventry
Capital Ltd, located in the heart of one of
London’s classiest post codes: Berkeley Square.
Coventry Capital’s offices proved to be one
of our specialist joinery team’s greatest
challenges: namely the delivery of a sensitive
refurbishment that retained the character
demanded by the client.
This involved the re-making of screens to
match office furniture plus installation of
bespoke stained oak and sliding and stacking
doors.

Berkeley Square House, London
Cutting edge joinery solutions and our Soft Furniture
Range maximise the finish of swish fit out
For another key development within Berkeley
Square in London, the client Swordfish
Investments required our specialist joinery
team at Cre8 to create unique circular trading
‘pods’ that sat within the office space.
Office furniture, specialist paneling, glass
and key but understated reception areas all
required the utmost in skill, care and attention
that are signatures of our work here at

Highlights included Corian desk tops with
macassar wood and walnut veneered front
paneling illuminated by LED lights at skirting
level, macassar veneered credenzas, doors,
shelving units and even a ‘floating’ ColorCore
desk lit from beneath to exaggerate the
floating effect.

Our Products
One great advantage over rivals we have
at Cre8 Joinery Solutions is the ability to
provide, fit and install the products we work
with – thus providing our client base with
the proverbial ‘one stop shop’. We have our
own on site state-of-the-art workshop and
production facility, equipped to the highest
of standards.
Because we’re not just sourcing materials
from third parties, this has also allowed us
to be innovative and cutting edge as regards
production. The result is, we hope, a better
quality of product for our clients and a
better overall finish and result.
Our current product line up includes such
innovations as Qubewall® (also known as
Storewall) and Duraglas®
As our Case Studies on previous pages have
illustrated, Qubewall® raises the benchmark
for what is achievable in storage for the
workplace and rest area. Also known to
the industry as Storewall or storage wall,
Qubewall® is available as a standard
product in melamine faced MDF with PVC
edges. Bespoke and custom versions in
many other finishes are also available.
Colours are selectable from the Cre8 Joinery
Solutions standard range. Alternatively
Qubewall® is available with screen printed
visuals and corporate images to match
clients’ requirements. All ironmongery and

fittings are from the Hettich range, with
pullout filing available in A4 and full scape
version.

We use Duraglas® for coloured glass wall

simply printed glass detailing to enhance the

Duraglas®
Interior toughened glass panels are now available from
Cre8 Joinery solutions. Duraglas® offers architects, interior
designers and developers an additional aesthetic option for
interiors, providing added visual impact.
Potential uses for Duraglas® include making
an eye catching corporate statement in
your reception area, or simply dividing up
a workspace whilst maintaining a light and
airy contemporary feel. Duraglas® is ideal for
coloured glass wall panelling, feature reception
glass panelling, corporate branding, washroom
or tea bar upstands, coloured glass splashbacks
or simply printed glass detailing to enhance
the interior scheme.The unique properties of

Choose your glass panel from our range of

are etched in appearance, panels printed with

we can colour match to client samples or to
RAL or Pantone, utilising spectral technology.

Joinery Solutions either on a supply-only basis
or supply and install, as required. Where

Cre8 Joinery Solution’s unique QubeWall® storage system
combines good looks with durability and can be fully
customised to fit not just your office space but also with
corporate branding. QubeWall® is available as a standard
storewall product finished in melamine faced MDF with PVC
edges, with colours available from the Cre8 Joinery Solutions
standard range.
All fixtures and fittings are from the Hettich range,
guaranteeing a high level of quality and provide pullout filing
