Our Get Into – Work Inspiration programme gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into our world of managing and leading hotel businesses. The programme is aimed at 15 year olds who are looking for a week or 2 weeks work experience programme. Our unique programme gives you the opportunity to tailor make what and how you learn from your programme, putting you in the driving seat! What will I learn? We will give you the opportunity to gain an insight into the world of management, to give you some examples of the modules on offer, you could choose to gain an insight into Measuring Business Performance, Recruitment, Increasing Sales, Stock Management, Engaging a Team, Merchandising, to name a few.You will also choose the pace and complexity of learning you would like to gain from your programme and each module gives you an opportunity to get involved in running the business.
