Zuma's award-winning restaurant, lounge and
bar concept is based around the 'izakaya'
style of shared eating and drinking. It includes
three kitchens, a robata grill and sushi counter.
The white, sandy, blue flagged bay now hosts
three extraordinary restaurants: Ruia which
offers a sophisticated take on our Turkish
culinary roots to the international jet set;
Nusr-Et, which serves the finest steaks flown in
from Istanbul and Bellariva, an elegant
brasserie which offers a delicious menu
consisting of selected choices of international
cuisine as well as a rich pizza menu in wood
fired oven. In addition, Il Riccio Beach Club &
Restaurant from the Isle of Capri brings to
D-Hotel Maris its Italian specialities, flavourful
homemade pasta and the best dishes of a
delicious Mediterranean seafood cuisine.
Seven bars are sprinkled around the resort with
live music and DJ performances. The Coliseum
beach at the tip of the peninsula hosts renowned
DJ's, singers and bands. Zuma’s very own
mixologists create cocktails and non-alcoholic
cleansers whilst their in-house DJs play eclectic
beats for guests to enjoy during their gourmet

TENNIS SCHOOL BY GORAN IVANIŠEVIC
The unpredictable left-handed Croatian
tennis star Goran Ivaniševic who was
ranked #2 in the world several times in the
mid-1990s and became the Wimbledon
champion in 2001; has now opened his
first Tennis School at D-Hotel Maris.
For the ultimate tennis coaching, Goran’s
professional coaches provide lessons on
effective development of techniques for
players of every standard; from advanced
level players, adults and children as well
as competition preparation. The hotel has
three floodlit courts, two being clay courts
to give guests plenty of options.
