Principles
for the allocation of cooperative flats
pursuant to § 28 b of the Articles of Association
In their joint meeting of 26.08.13, the Management Board and Supervisory Board resolved
upon a change to the provisions governing allocation of cooperative flats.
1. Members who have been allocated a cooperative flat of up to 60.00 m2 in size
are required to subscribe 2 compulsory shares.
Members who have been allocated a cooperative flat of 60.01 m2 and above in
size are required to subscribe 3 compulsory shares.
Members who have been allocated a flat adapted to cater for the needs of the
elderly in one of the following housing complexes must subscribe
5 compulsory shares:
Junkerhohlweg 13 + 13a
Am Schlagbaumweg 1 + 3
Servicehaus Sandberg, Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße 21
Nikolaus-Matthiesen-Straße 21 – 31.
Members who have been allocated a flat at Kanzleistr. 80 –110 must subscribe
the following compulsory shares:
5 compulsory shares for flats of up to 60.00 m2 in size
7 compulsory shares for flats of 60.01 m2 and above in size
2. These provisions also apply in the event of a flat swap or a move to a different
flat within the housing cooperative. The shares must be paid in full prior to
moving into the flat.
3.The shares cannot be cancelled for as long as the flat is still lived in.
4. In exceptional cases, where justified by the circumstances, the Management
Board can make decisions that diverge from the provisions stipulated.
5. The amendments to the Principles for allocation take effect as of 01.09.13.
