copies your customers need, when they are needed – minimizing stock, giving greater flexibility to change contents and an

For the Truepress JetSX, Screen offers a unique new ink that means
you can print directly onto offset stocks. Gloss, matte, wood-free and
more: from 0.08 mm upto 0.4 mm thick(3.2 to 15.7 mil)* can be
handled so the range of choice is enormous as is the range of jobs that
can be printed.
The Truepress JetSX features the latest generation of grayscale inkjet
head with a minimum droplet size of just 2 picolitres. In combination
with Screen’s unique FM screening and industry leading
1,440 x 1,440 dpi resolution, the machine is able to produce stunning
results that rivals offset for color and detail.
Thanks to its built-in control scanners and unique set-up software, the
Truepress JetSX is always kept in its best condition.
This means that its results are consistent and reliable from sheet to
sheet, job to job and day to day.
All commercial print shops need to change from one paper to another
as easily as possible and Screen’s unique color management tools mean
that the paper’s correct profile can be easily selected.
With a Spot Color Editor to improve the substitution with process
colors and management features to optimize RGB images, you can
always be sure of great results.

The Truepress JetSX supports a maximum paper size of 740 x 530 mm
(20.8” x 29.1”) meaning it can deal with a huge range of jobs with
different page sizes. It is ideal for A4 landscape booklets, A2/B2 posters
and calendars, folders, book covers and jackets as well as standard A4
style projects. Producing 1,620 sheets per hour or 810 duplex sheets,
this is the equivalent of 108 A4/US letter size pages a minute or 13
eight page sections a minute.
User friendly touch panels simplify the operation of the machine and
contribute to the overall efficiency of throughput. A useful sampling
tray enables a single sheet to be diverted for checking even during a
production run.
Waste paper during start up is inevitable with even the most modern of
offset presses. Thanks to its high accurate registration and reliable color
management, the Truepress JetSX requires almost no make-ready even
when changing from one paper stock to another – saving both time
and paper.
Eliminating intermediate tasks drives business efficiency as well as
environmental friendly production. The Truepress JetSX cuts
production consumables such as plate, chemicals, etc... In addition,
print-on-demand system is ideal approach that produce exact
quantities where they are needed.

Unlike most toner-based print-on-demand devices that have their
foundations in office equipment, the Truepress JetSX uses the same paper
handling and positioning techniques as an offset press. Thanks to its
linear-motor-drive rotary table and high precision paper reversing unit, it
offers registration accuracy that is the equivalent to traditional offset presses.

B2 sheet support and offset level registration accuracy make it possible
to fit seamlessly into a conventional finishing processes. It dries almost
instantly so users can continue to postpress straight after printing.
Existing folders and binding lines as well as varnishing, laminating and
die cutting equipment.
Variable printing has a high added value and a major growth area for
the printing industry. The Truepress JetSX’s duplex printing capability
assures automatic paper reversing and avoids any mismatch of front to
back sequencing. Its RIP core, Adobe’s PDF Print Engine® 2 processes
PDF/VT directly from variable printing jobs and can deal with projects
of greater complexity that has ever been possible.
