Elite Aluminum Corporation, was founded in 1981, and is a leading manufacturer of
structural insulated panels and enclosure systems for the commercial and residential
construction industries.
During our 30 years in business we have built our reputation on engineering new and
innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers, while investing in research and
development to find new and better technologies that advance the industry as a whole.
Elite’s primary manufacturing facility is over 200,000 sq. ft. in Coconut Creek, Florida, and has the
capacity to produce over 100,000 sq. ft. of panelized building products per day.
PRODUCTS
Elite’s construction system utilizes sandwich-type structural panels composed of two outer facings of aluminum, wood, gypsum, non-asbestos fiber, reinforced cement board or other material,
laminated to a core of expanded polystyrene (the same product used in freezer walls, refrigerators,
coolers, etc.) 99.9% of its mass is closed air cells that cannot absorb moisture as fiber glass and
paper honeycomb cores do. Therefore the core will not deteriorate from moisture, is lightweight,
waterproof, insect proof, and virtually soundproof.
Our products are being used for residential housing, telecommunication support buildings, office
buildings, government housing and military quarters, schools and classrooms, hospitals and clinics,
kiosks and in-plant offices.
In early 2009, our engineering and design team started the research and development for a
revolutionary product, which we now refer to as FORTS™, or Fold-Out Rigid Temporary
Shelters. Elite Aluminum Corporation is a leading manufacturer of the most innovative
shelters on the market. We are currently serving markets in the emergency, governmental,
commercial, and residential sectors. Our unique foldout system allows for up to six FORTS to be
loaded on a flatbed trailer or container. Once delivered to the location FORTS can be deployed in
less than 10 minutes, using 3 unskilled laborers, and a few simple hand-tools.
MARKETS
Elite products have been installed across the US and around the world to the residential, commercial, and governmental sectors. Our structures are adaptable to virtually any climate and are
currently in use in places as diverse as the tropics of southern Africa and the steppes of Russia.
We have sold our products throughout the world, including Africa, the Caribbean, South America,
Europe, the Middle East, and the Philippines. Wherever there is a need for pre-engineered, pre-cut
building components, we can ship by land, sea or air.

Elite 62 Housing Quotation
Elite Aluminum Corporation will provide materials for the shell construction of a
62 square meter home (672 Square feet 24’x 28’).
Materials included will be:
1.
Exterior 4 ¼” wall panels comprised of 5/16” Hardie cement board laminated to a expanded polystyrene foam core with electrical chase (electrical wire not included & accessories not included).
2.
All roof panels to be 4” aluminum panels with polystyrene foam core with 5) fan beam panels encapsulated with drip edge fascia, with ridge beam and columns to support gable roof.
3.
Splines and connectors for wall panels consist of 4” wide 18 gauge steel along with 20 gauge steel track for top and bottom of wall panels.
Sealants and fasteners for roof and walls to be included.

Aluminum windows are a 3500 series single-hung, with 1/8” temp glass 6)
