Canting lock: these screws allow the locking of the cuff to give more
energy & rigidity to the boot (they can be removed to soften the boot)
They allow as well the adjustment of the canting by loosen & retighen
them after having chosen the desired position

are removable to soften the boot (if you want to adjust the canting,
you need to loosen the rivets to be able to adjust the canting screws)
