This session will be facilitated by our association friend, Mr. Maurice S. Henderson of the National Parliamentarian Association. Parliamentary procedure is simple in principle. It is based largely on common sense and courtesy. It just seems technical due to the special vocabulary used. If the vocabulary is understood, the rules are easy. Attendees will refresh their knowledge of parliamentary procedures. Attendees will learn and be refreshed on the Basics of Parliamentary Procedures, Motions, Process for Handling a Motion, Discussions of a Motion, Amending a Motion and Voting. Maurice S. Henderson, Professional Registered Parliamentarian, has been serving as a professional parliamentarian since 2002.
