All of our teas are packaged in bleach free tea
bags. This is important because bleached
tea bags can contain harmful byproducts
such as dioxin and epichlorohydrin and have
carcinogenic properties.
All of our teas are MSG free, which means they
contain no monosodium glutamate. MSG is an

plethora of unwanted, potentially dangerous
interactions in the body.

The leaves of this green tea variety have been stoneground into a fine powder, which is infused directly into

BUDDHA TEAS POLICIES
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING CHARGES: Our shipping costs are very competitive. We charge only what our shipping provider
charges us. Ask your sales representative for more details.
PLEASE NOTE: In our effort to provide you with the fastest service possible, we enter your order into our
computer immediately when it is called in. This way, your invoice is printed and your order is put in line for
shipping. Normally, this is a very efficient system. Sometimes, our customers will call us back in a few minutes to
add onto their order. We don’t mind the addition; please ask us to hold your order until you call back.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized in advance, including expiration date, lot number and UPC, and must
be accompanied by an invoice number with a 90 day first-time order guarantee. The customer is responsible for
returning unopened merchandise. Full credit cannot be given for merchandise that has been defaced, marked,
stamped, or priced in any way. All price tags and glue residue must be removed prior to return if credit is
expected. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed for any price tags or glue residue. We do not accept products
kept longer than 90 days. Credit card returns will incur an additional 2.5% fee.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: If a product is damaged in shipping, in order to receive any credit from us, you must keep
the box or boxes and packing material that you received the product in so that the carrier can inspect the original
packaging. It is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for you to keep the original packaging in order to receive credit. Any
claim of damaged or missing products must be requested within 24 hours of receipt. Please inform employees
who might handle incoming packages of this necessity.
OUR POLICIES
ORDERING: 24 hours a day via email ([email protected]) or fax (270-458-5696). Your store name is your
customer reference number. To qualify, please give product name first then the quantity when placing an order.
Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. You must provide us with a resale license
and Federal ID numbers to order from Buddha Teas LLC.
GUARANTEE: Any first-time order of any of our products that do not sell will be accepted back minus any
free or discounted amounts. Reordered products do not qualify for this credit. A credit memo will be issued
upon receipt of returned product. We will not accept products back after 90 days. After 90 days the guarantee
becomes null and void.
TERMS: New customers will be shipped C.O.D./Cash or Credit Card. To avoid the C.O.D. tag fee of $15.00 you
may pay with a credit card or prepay with money order. Credit card orders will incur a $2.00 enhanced security
fee. An additional 2% will be applied when credit cards are used after shipment date.
NSF CHECKS—OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: A $20.00 fee will be assessed to the customer’s account for an NSF check.
It is very likely the account could lose their terms and be put on a C.O.D. CASH ONLY status until a new credit
history is established. No orders will be shipped to overdue accounts until they are paid in full.
