Rotorex Tea Bagger with "Sealstrip" Tagging — a fully
automatic machine for making pillow type or gussettstyle tea bags with tag affixed at speeds of 400 or more
per minute. Heat sealable filter paper is used to form
the bag and standard board tag stock is employed by
the "Sealstrip" tagging mechanism. Each tag is cut
free from a roll and attached to its tea bag by means of
plastic tape which is heat sealed at two points on the
completed bag.

can be left in an envelope form.
Pneumatic Scale offers a variety of stacking or cartoning systems. One of the most popular is a head
and tail stacking arrangement which produces neat
and compact pilings of bags in groups of 8 to 20. A
continuous motion conveyor provides the operator
an easy to handle stack for convenient insertion into
the carton.
For automatic cartoning there is a top load cartoner
handling a single line of tea bags and an end load
system for twin row groups.

Packetron Pouch Makers — continuous, high speed
machines for making pouches ranging from 3 1/4" to
53/4" wide and from 41/2" to 7 7/8" high at speeds from
200 to 500 pouches per minute.
Pouches are made from commercially acceptable
heat-sealing laminated materials fed from a roll. Sealing can be done on 3 or 4 edges or a gusset bottom
type of packet may be processed.
It is ideal for packaging such products as instant cocoa
mix, oatmeal, coffee, seasoning, dairy mix, and most
food mixes.
Also available is automatic collating and 3 cartoning
machines of 40 to 300 cartons per minute.

Vertapak 320 is a medium sized, flexible bag form, fill
and seal machine designed to fill most types of pouch
packages such as pillow type or gusseted bags for free
standing or bag-in-box applications.
It is rated up to 80 bags per minute and can handle
bag sizes of 4" wide x 4" long minimum and maximum size of 11" wide x 20" long.
The Vertapak is ideal for free flowing and non-free
flowing powders and incremental products capable of
being fed from cup feeders, auger feeders, weighers,
counters and bucket feeders.
