There are four types of accessories that can
be used with pressure washers: detergents,
tools, maintenance parts and replacement
parts. It is important to understand the
difference between them.
Detergents – help increase pressure washer
performance by breaking up dirt, grime, mildew
and stains for faster, more effective cleaning.
(NOTE: Pressure washers require detergents that
are specially formulated to not corrode pump
o-rings and seals. Never use caustic or corrosive
cleaners with a pressure washer.)
Spray nozzles
Adjustable spray nozzles – quickly and easily
change between high and low pressure, and
pin-point and fan spray patterns.
Tools – increase the total cleaning capacity and
performance of a pressure washer.
Maintenance parts – increase the life of the
pressure washer.
Replacement parts – are necessary when
components wear out or need to be replaced.
