all’anno di canaline e passerelle metalliche oltre al

Lo stabilimento di S. Benigno Canavese invece
è dedicato alla produzione del materiale speciale.

von mehr als 3.000.000 m pro Jahr von Kanälen und

stattdessen zur Herstellung von Sondermaterial.

SENDZIMIR ZINC PLATING
For zinc plating cold-rolled steel strips.
After normalisation of the steel and through preparation of its surfaces, complete adhesion of the zinc
to the basic metal is acheived and a very thin uniform, layer of iron-zinc alloy is formed. The result is
that plastic machining operations can be carried out
on the material without causing the removal or scaling of its coating. Anti corrosion protection is also
ensured at places where the metal is cut, saince the
zinc acts as an anode, and is thus dissolved into
zinc oxide, with the result that the steel base is protected.
SENDZIMIERVERZINKUNG
Besteht in der Ummantelung von kaltgewalzten
Stahlblechen mit Zink.
Nach der Normalisierung des Stohls und der ordnungsgemäßen Vorbereitung der Oberflächen wird
eine perfekte Haftung des Zinks am
Untergrundmetall durch die Bildung einer gleichmäßigen und sehr dünnen Legierungsschicht
Eisen-Zink erzielt. Unter diesen Bedingungen ist es
möglich, auf dem Material plastische Arbeiten vorzunehmen, ohne daß dies zu einem Lösen oder
einer Faltenbildung der Beschichtung führt.
Im Bereich des Metallschnitts ist der
Korrosionsschutz gleichsam dank des Zinks
gewährleistet, das als Anode wirkt und sich in der
Form von Zinkoxyden auflöst. Dadurch wird der
Schutz des Basisstahls ermöglicht.
VERNICIATURA A POLVERI
Il trattamento del rivestimento viene effettuato con
vernice a polveri:
- EPOSSIPOLIESTERE (per interni)
Tinta blu elettrico o a richiesta RAL 7032.
Medio spessore di rivestimento: 60 Micron.
Il materiale, dopo aver subito un processo di
fosfatizzazione, viene rivestito elettrostaticamente
con resine epossipoliestere e immesso nel forno di
cottura dove awiene il processo di reticolazione.
La resistenza del suddetto trattamento agli agenti
chimici si è dimostrata ottima.

Art Pulverlackierung vorgenommen:

Das Material wird nach der Durchführung eines
Phosphatisierungsprozesses elektrostatisch mit
Epoxydpolyesterharzen ummantelt und in den
Brennofen befördert, wo der Vernetzungsprozeß
erfolgt. Die Widerstandsfähigkeit durch diese
genannte Behandlung gegenüber chemischen
Wirkstoffen hat sich als hervorragend erwiesen.

ZINCATURA SENDZIMIR
Consiste nel rivestire di zinco nastri in acciaio
laminati a freddo.
Dopo aver normalizzato l'acciaio ed accuratamente preparato le superfici si ottiene una perfetta
adesione dello zinco al metallo base con la formazione di uno strato di lega ferro-zinco uniforme e
sottillissimo.
In queste condizioni è possibile eseguire sul materiale lavorazioni plastiche senza che ciò determini il
distacco o lo sfaldamento della ricopertura.
Nelle zone di tranciatura del metallo la protezione
anticorrosiva è ugualmente assicurata grazie allo
zinco che funzionando da anodo sii sacrifica
solubilizzandosi sotto forma di ossico di zinco, ciò
permette la protezione dell'acciaio di base.

Der allgemeine Prozeß des Heißverzinkens besteht im Eintauchen des Stahls in flüssiges Zink mit einer Temperatur von etwa 450°C, dessen Oberflächen entsprechend vorbereitet wurde, so daß die Reaktion

SCHUTZUMMANTELUNG
ALUZINC è un laminato a freddo in acciaio con un rivestimento
metallico.
L’acciaio conferisce resistenza meccanica. Il rivestimento composto principalmente da una lega di Alluminio (55%) e Zinco
(43,4%), garantisce un’ottima resistenza alla corrosione.
Lo Zinco, inoltre, assicura protezione catodica nei bordi tagliati o
nelle rigature superficiali.
In diverse applicazioni ove sia richiesto l’impiego di un laminato
piano resistente alla corrosione e che nello stesso tempo possa
essere sottoposto a pressioni senza ammaccature, la risposta
odierna è ALUZINC, che possiede inoltre il pregio di non modificare il suo aspetto superficiale ad alte temperature.
Per le sue caratteristiche ALUZINC colma il vuoto fino ad oggi
esistente tra il laminato zincato e materiali molto più costosi quali
l’alluminio o l’acciaio inossidabile.
ALUZINC partendo da un laminato a freddo, trattato superficialmente in modo da garantire un’ottima adesione del rivestimento,
viene prodotto in continuo mediante immersione a caldo in un
bagno contenente la lega Al-Zn.
Lo spessore del rivestimento viene continuamente controllato per
essere mantenuto strettamente entro le tolleranze stabilite.
ALUZINC is a cold rolled laminated steel with a metal coating.
The steel offers mechanical resistance. The coating, mainly

by hot immersion in an Al-Zn alloy bath.
The coating thickness is continually controlled so that it remains
rigidly within the established tolerances.

metallischen Ummantelung.
Der Stahl verleiht mechanische Festigkeit. Die Ummantelung
besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Aluminium- (55%) und
Zinklegierung (43,4%) und gewährleistet eine hervorragende
Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber der Korrosion. Dos Zink gewährleistet aufßerdem einen kathodischen Schutz an den geschnittenen Kanten oder bei Unebenheiten in der Oberfläche.
Bei verschiedenen Anwendungen, wo der Einsatz eines ebenen,
korrosionsbeständigen Walzerzeugnisses gefordert wird, das zur
gleichen Zeit ohne Beschädigungen davon zu tragen Druck
ausgesetzt werden kann, ist die Antwort darauf ALUZINC, das
außerdem den Vorteil aufweist, seine Oberflächenbeschaffenheit
auch bei hohen Temperaturen beizubehalten.
Auf Grund seiner Eigenschaften füllt ALUZINC die bisher bestehende Lücke zwischen dem verzinkten Walzerzeugnis und
wesentlich kostenaufwendigeren Materialien, wie Aluminium oder
Edelstahl.
ALUZINC wird, ausgehend von einem kaltgewalzten Erzeugnis, dessen Oberfläche behandelt wurde, um eine optimale Anhaftung der
Ummantelung zu gewährleisten, in einem Dauerprozeß mittels
Heißtauchen in ein die Legierung Al-Zn enthaltendes Bad hergestellt.
Die Stärke der Ummantelung wird ständig überprüft, damit sie
genau innerbalb der festgelegten Toleranzen gehalten werden kann.

Lo zinco nel rivestimento metallico garantisce una buona resistenza
galvanica anche sui bordi tagliati.
In ambiente umido ALUZINC è paragonabile ad una cella galvanica
dove l’acqua svolge funzione di catodo, lo zinco di anodo e l’umidità di
elettrolito; in tal modo lo zinco garantisce una protezione “sacrificiale” nei
confronti dell’accaio sotto esposizione.
Resistenza alla corrosione nell’acqua e nel sottosuolo
ALUZINC ha una durata maggiore dello zincato a caldo in ambienti
che non siano fortemente alcalini. Dato che alcuni ambienti possono
essere molto corrosivi, l’adattabilita dell’ALUZINC dovrebbe essere
verificata caso per caso. Per applicazioni quali canali condotti sotterranei, l’Amministrazione Statale Svedese ha approvato ALUZINC con
ottimi risultati con spessore di copertura AZ 185.
Resistenza all’alta temperatura
Anche ad elevate temperature ALUZINC possiede una resistenza alla
corrosione migliore della lamiera zincata a caldo e molto simile a
quella della lamiera alluminata. ALUZINC può essere utilizzato senza
subire alterazioni estetiche fino ad una temperatura di ca. 315 °C.
The zinc in the metal coating guarantees a good galvanic protection

In damp environments ALUZINC can be compared to a galvanic cell
where the steel acts as a cathode, the zinc as an anode and the humidity as the electrolyte; in this way the zinc offers a “sacrificial” protection
for the exposed steel.
Resistance to corrosion in ware and underground
ALUZINC lasts longer than hot rolled zinc plate in environments that
are not strongly alkaline.
As some environments can be very corrosive, the adaptability of
ALUZINC should be checked case by case.
For applications such as underground channel ducts, the Swedish
Government Road Administration has approved ALUZINC, abtaining
excellent results with AZ 185 coating thicknesses.
Resistance to high temperatures
Even at high temperatures ALUZINC possesses a better corrosion
resistance than hot galvanized sheet metals and very similar to aluminium plated sheet metal. ALUZINC can be used without suffering in
appearance at temperatures of up to about 315 °C.
Der Zinkanteil in deir metallischen Ummantelung gewährleistet einen
guten galvanischen Schutz auch an den geschnittenen Kanten.
In feuchter Umgebung ist ALUZINC vergleichbar mit einer galvanischen
Zelle, wo der Stahl die Funktion einer Kathode übernimmt, das Zink die
der Anode und die Feuchtigkeit, die des Elektrolyts. Auf diese Weise
gewährleistet das Zink eine “Opfer-” Schutzwirkung gegenüber dem freiliegenden Stahl.
Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Korrosion im Wasser und
Untergrund
ALUZINC hat eine längere Lebensdauer der heißverzinkten Flächen
in Umgebungen, die nicht stark alkalin sind. Auf Grund der
Tatsache, daß einige Umgebungen sehr korrosiv wirken, muß die
Einsetzbarkeit von ALUZINC von Fall zu fall überprüft werden.
Bei Anwendungen wie unterirdischen Leitungkanälen hat der
Staatliche Straßenverwaltung Schwedens ALUZINC mit hervorragenden Ergebnissen bei einer Deckungsstärke AZ 185 zugelassen.
Widerstandsfähigkeit bei hohen Temperaturen
Auch bei hohen Temperaturen besitzt ALUZINC eine
Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber der Korrosion, die besser ist als
heißverzinkten Blechen und der von aluminiumbeschichteten
Blechen ähnelt. ALUZINC kann ohne Veränderungen im
Aussehen zu erleiden bis zu einer Temperatur von etwa
315 °C eingesetzt werden.
