most powerful tractor-driven
drum chippers, the 510 C.
For the medium and heavy
duty range there is a truckdriven version (5010 Cd).
At the heavy-duty end is the
8010 CD with onboard 780 hp
engine.
Chipping: The feed system
guarantees reliable grabbing
and active forwarding to the
drum. Chipping is extremely
efficient due to the large
open drum and the ideally
positioned countercutter. The

Separation: The patented
pressure-suction process
ensures extremely effective
separation of the lightweight
fraction from the screen
overflow. In the first step,
material is separated by a
pressure fan. In the second
step, the lightweight material
is drawn off by a powerful
suction fan.
Adjustment: The wide
chute enables a width up to
1.2 m and feed height of 1.95
to 2.25 m for the screener
conveyor belt. The suction
performance is adjustable for
the material by changing the
fan speed, fan distance and
vent flaps.
Options: The optional
magnetic drum and rolling
fraction separator make
the Hurrikan a real cleanup machine. On the tiltable
conveyor belt, round, heavy

In the expansion chamber, a
system of pressure and suction
fan separates the material into
a stone fraction and a cleaned
usable fraction, which conveyors
take out to opposite sides.
Fibrous materials are collected in
the container downstream of the
suction fan.
Reliable Function: Thanks
to easy adjustment of the
intake conveyor speed, blower
speed and separating vertex,
the Stonefex keeps working
efficiently even with variable
feedstocks. Large access panels
to the separation chamber
and the motor compartment
and the swivelling suction

Mobile and economical:
The single-axle trailer
