Legere Pharmaceuticals offers a selection of therapeutic products, including Ayurvedic herbs and herbal combinations,
providing your practice a quality choice in dispensing options. Several unique formulations, including My-B-tabs™
and Rodex Forte™, are only available through Legere Pharmaceuticals.
Marketing materials are also available, including fliers and brochures. Our staff will keep you updated on the latest
studies and articles pertaining to our products and the ingredients we use to formulate them. We are available Monday
through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST/PST to assist you with any questions.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRACTICE PROGRAM
You have the option to create your own customized nutritional packets. This option allows you to combine your choice
of supplements that meet your patient’s individual needs. This unique service eliminates patient confusion of multiple
bottles and varied dosages and improves patient compliance. We can also supply you with labels and containers to use
as appropriate or needed. Contact your Legere representative for more details.
LABELING GUIDELINES
Legere Pharmaceuticals’ products are packaged with tampered-resistance seals that adhere to the FDA labeling
requirements. Our facilities operate under GMP standards and strict supervision to guarantee the highest quality of
service and products. Upon request, we can provide you with a Certificate of Analysis and a copy of our product
liability coverage.
PRIVATE LABEL
Legere Pharmaceuticals offers a private label that can include your name, practice, logo, address, and phone
number. You have the choice of up to two (2) colors at no additional cost. You may choose our standard design or
create your own (a setup fee may apply). There is a minimum order requirement.

Our product development and formulating staff, along with your nutritional sales representative, will assist you in the
creation of your custom formula. Our team will help determine your exact nutrient and dosage requirements. We
will advise you of nutritional considerations and make suggestions based on synergistic ingredient conformity. Your
exclusive formula will be packaged and labeled according to your instructions. Minimum order requirements apply.

CREDIT TERMS
You may open a Net 30 days account upon completion and approval of our credit application. Credit approval can
take two to three weeks to process, depending upon the references supplied. We can also send your order C.O.D. (with
exception of some injectable orders) or prepaid with a credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover).
SHIPPING
Non-private label orders will get same day shipping if placed before 2:00 p.m. MST. All private label orders can take
up to three (3) business days prior to shipment. Please allow UPS ground transit times based on your time zone. With a
minimum order of $200.00, we will waive UPS Ground shipping charges, excluding all injectable orders (please ask for
details). Next day, Second day and 3 day Select are also available for an additional cost. There will be a $10.00 handling
charge for orders between $100 to $199 and $15.00 for orders under $100.00. There is an additional charge for all C.O.D.
orders (as dictated by current UPS current rates). Shipping tracking numbers are available upon request.
RETURNS POLICY
Request for a return must be made within 30 days of receipt of original order. No goods will be accepted without
authorization. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns unless the return is for product exchange. NO RETURNS
ACCEPTED ON INJECTABLES, CUSTOM FORMULAS OR PRIVATE LABELS.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains - Aloe Curacao 1/2 gr., Cascara Sagrada 1gr., Rhubarb PE

Cascara Sagrada
Cascara sagrada contains calcium, potassium, manganese, and B-complex factors. It is rich in
hormone-like oils, which promote peristaltic action by increasing the secretions of the stomach,
liver and pancreas.
Rhubarb Root
This is a familiar root that aids in the prevention of accumulation in the intestines. Rhubarb
contains calcium, vitamins A, C, B-complex and some trace minerals.
Ginger Root
This root helps to soothe the gastrointestinal tract, relieving indigestion and abdominal
cramping. Ginger can aid in the cleansing process of the bowels, skin and kidneys. It contains
phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A, C, and B-complex and some
protein.

Be-Thin™ is composed of essential nutrient groups that promote a healthy metabolism,
liver and heart. These ingredient groups are:
VITAMINS
Be-Thin™ is super charged with vitamin B12, from methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is
considered the most potent form of vitamin B12 found in nature and the only active form of
vitamin B12 in the brain outside the mitochondria. We need methylcobalamin for the healthy
development and sustenance of our circulatory, immune and nervous systems.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) and Folic Acid are also an integral part of this group of vitamins.
According to weight loss resources, vitamin B1 facilitates weight loss in cells by helping the
body to release the energy stored in fats, proteins and carbohydrates, allowing the body to use
and burn them. Along with regular exercise, vitamin B1 will keep the body burning those fats
and carbohydrates while helping to improve muscle tone.

Folic acid plays an important role in the breakdown of lipids or fats. It is critical for nucleic
acid and amino acid metabolism and is required for cell division. Folic acid is also involved

immediately burn the fats from foods instead of storing them.

AMINO ACIDS
Amino acids help deliver nutrients into the cells. Acetyl l-carnitine, the biologically active form
of the amino acid L-carnitine is a unique nutrient that supports fat and sugar metabolism.
It is highly protective to nerves, helping to rejuvenate brain cells, boosting memory and
mental focus. Acetyl l-carnitine facilitates the youthful transport of fatty acids into the cells
mitochondria, better enabling dietary fats to be converted to energy and muscle. Acetyl
l-carnitine is an ideal nutrient to assist in the recovery of metabolism, brain function, insulin
resistance, cellular renewal, heart and liver health, and weight loss.
L-Arginine, a conditionaly essential amino acid, improves blood circulation and research

Be-Thin™’s lipotropic components choline, L-methione, inositol and betaine are the right
combination of lipotropic nutrients with the ability to mobilize fat from the liver, increase
metabolism and reduce cholesterol.
Methionine works by decreasing liver fat, while Choline emulsifies LDL so that it does not stick

What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
• Do you often feel tired or lethargic in the early afternoon? Or perhaps at the end of the day, you
collapse into an armchair completely exhausted and unable to move? Why do other people seem to
have so much more energy than you, even after an extremely busy day? You may be suffering from
fatigue. Fatigue can be a symptom of just about any illness, vitamin deficiency, too much stress, too
little sleep, poor diet and more. It is the most common symptom reported to doctors by patients.
When fatigue makes it hard for you to function, lasts for more than 6 months, isn’t relieved by rest
and gets worse after even mild physical or mental exertion, it is called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

• People with CFS often function at a substantially lower level of activity than they were capable of
before they became ill. This is because CFS symptoms affect several body systems and may include
weakness, muscle pain, impaired memory and/or mental concentration, and insomnia, all of which

CFS Statistics
• It is estimated that there are one million Americans with CFS and only 10% of them have been
previously diagnosed. This helps explain why there are only roughly 300 patient support groups

• People between 40 to 60 years of age most often experience chronic fatigue. Studies have found
that four out of five people with CFS are women, although women do not appear to have more
