Our restaurant menus are created and updated for both summer and winter seasons by our Executive Chef, La Mont Caldwell. Our menus are created in a way to take advantage of produce in season, as well as the fresh catch of seafood and wild game. Seven Glaciers Alaska’s only mountain-top Four Diamond restaurant, sitting 2,300 feet above the valley floor accessed via the aerial tram. Casual fine dining featuring award-winning gourmet cuisine and fabulous views including the valley’s seven “hanging” glaciers and Turnagain Arm. Signature menu selections include Alaska King Crab Cakes, Smoked Salmon Bisque and Roasted Veal Loin all paired with exquisite wine selections. Located in the upper tram terminal. AAA Approved Hotel Featuring Seven Glaciers, a Four Diamond Mountain-Top Restaurant Sakura & Sushi Bar Located on the third floor of the hotel, Sakura features cuisine prepared Teppan style. Watch as your chef prepares a masterful meal featuring prime steaks, fresh seafood, and tender chicken. The adjoining Sushi Bar offers classic sashimi and sushi created before your eyes by master craftsmen, paired with traditional sake, Japanese beer, or green tea. Reservations are available at Sakura from 5:30 through 9:30 pm, no reservations are taken at the Sushi Bar. Tramway Café To satisfy that coffee craving, stop by the Tramway Cafe, located in the second floor tram concourse. In addition to your favorite coffee drink, you can pick up a bakery treat, breakfast burrito, tasty deli wrap, fresh salad, or a slice of pizza for a meal on the go. During the summer, you can enjoy your snacks under an umbrella on the hotel patio with a view of the surrounding mountains and gardens. Alyeska near Chair 4, the Daylodge is a selfserve restaurant open during the ski season with lots of seating and a great view of the action on the slopes. Sitzmark Bar & Grill Located on the boardwalk at the base of Chair’s 1 & 3, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill offers a great selection of local and seasonal draught beer, and your favorite bar appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and burgers.
