HOW DO I GET FEE CLEARANCE?
1. Pay all outstanding fees and R3250 for
registration deposit - a SMS will be sent
to you informing you of your fee clearance.
2. If you have applied for RAC, comply with
approved RAC terms and get clearance
from Student Fees office
3. Bursary students: produce a sponsor
confirmation letter to the College Financial
Aid Advisor.
4. Scholarship students: submit the Merit
Award voucher to the College Financial Aid
Advisor.
5. In receipt of private funding/bank loan:
Produce a confirmation letter to Student
Fees.
6. Estimated Times for clearance:
• Direct deposit at a Standard Bank:
overnight clearance
• Online Payment (Click-to-Pay): automatic
clearance
• EFT: from another bank: 48 hours – or email
proof of transfer for overnight clearance.
HOW DO I GET MY FEE BALANCE?
1) Students may receive their fee balances
via SMS by sending a TEXT message to
34763 with the message:
Kzn studentnumber b
(i.e. the letters Kzn followed by a space,
followed by the student number
followed by a space, followed by the
letter b).
2) Alternatively, call 082 236 3333/4444.
3) Call the Call Centre on 0312603699 and
select option 1 followed by option 2.
4) Email your campus Student Fees Office
with your student number followed by
the words FEE STAT in the subject box,
e.g. 213580812 FEE STAT
For a hassle free registration, all students, including funded, privately funded and granted merit awards should submit
the necessary confirmation letters or proof of payments well in advance to be cleared for registration.
Pay via STANDARD BANK or CLICK TO PAY. Allow one night for clearance.
