1 cup yogurt
¼ cup cucumber
¼ cup fresh dill, firmly packed
1 clove garlic
Mince dill & garlic in the Processor until fine. Then
add cucumber & yogurt & pulse the low speed
5-6 times with the double-bladed knife to
incorporate ingredients.
Tzatziki sauce is perfect for all kinds of meat- beef,
pork, lamb, chicken, fish, or anything grilled. Spice
up your burgers, pitas, or mashed potatoes this
summer by adding a dallop of tzatziki.

1 ½ cups fresh parsley, firmly packed
½ cup fresh basil leaves, firmly packed
¼ cup pine nuts, walnuts, or almonds
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Grind parsley, basil, nuts, & garlic in Processor. Put all
ingredients into beaker or any other tall narrow
container & process with C Blade (chopping) until
smooth.
