INVITATION
Dear Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to invite you to Onco Bridge Meeting will be held in
June 26, 2015 in Istanbul, Turkey.
As Turkish Society of Medical Oncology, we would like to create a regional
oncology platform as named ”Onco Bridge”. Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece,
Israel, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey attended to this platform. The aims of
the meeting are; increase the collaboration, educational activities for
young fellows and increase the collaborative scientific production in the
region.
Onco Bridge meeting will be held before Best of ASCO Istanbul meeting.
The scientific program will include educational sessions, round tables
(regional problems) and working groups (for young people).
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Onco Bridge Meeting in
Istanbul.

Meeting badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the meeting identification badges.
Entrance to meetinghall and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge.
Certificate of Attendance
Attendance certificates will be distributed to all participants on June 26, 2015.
Letter of Invitation
The Organization Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee
would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel
funds and has no further financial obligations from the meeting towards the participant. The
Organization Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration
and payment.
Visa
Participants are requested to check with the Turkish consulate in their home country or their travel
agency for visa requirements. Entry visa to Turkiye can also be obtained at Istanbul Ataturk Airport for
some countries' citizens. (For detailed information : http://www.mfa.gov.tr)
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Scientific
Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel
insurance.
Currency
The local currency is the Turkish Liras (TL). Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept international credit
cards. All payments for the meetign including registration, hotel accommodation and tours have to be
made in Euro

Turkiye is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT +2).

TRANSFER FEES
All participants who have notified AYDER TOURISM to receive transportation services between June 24-26, 2015 will be provided the
two-way ( airport – hotel – airport ) service in return for 100 Euro + VAT. Please contact AYDER TOURISM for private carrier services. If
flight changes are notified in writing before 48 hours of the change, the carrier service changes.
VAT will be added to transfer fees.
