Woodbridge Crossing is 22 acres of commercially planned property at the
northeast and southeast corners of State Highway 78 and Woodbridge Parkway in
Sachse, Texas.
The property is at the entrance to the Woodbridge residential golf community.
Woodbridge is a 973 acre planned community with a highly amenitized package of swimming pools, parks and trails, along with an 18-hole championship golf course.
Woodbridge Golf Club is the home of the Northern Texas PGA. Since its opening in April
1998, the Project has had more than 500 lot sales by its builders, Continental Homes,
Highland Homes, and Ray Morris Homes. The development is currently averaging 24
sales per month, with homes priced from $120,000 to $300,000. Woodbridge will have
a total build-out of approximately 2,600 homes.
Sachse and Wylie are rapidly growing suburbs northeast of Dallas. With affordable housing and excellent schools, more than 1200 new home permits have been
issued in the trade area in the past year, with Sachse alone being responsible for 500 of
these permits. During the past year Sachse had a population growth of 13%, with Wylie’s
population increasing by 7%, making Sachse the fastest growing city in Dallas County

and Murphy.
Excellent access to major employment centers is available from the soon- to- becompleted President George Bush Turnpike (SH 190). Access roads off of the Turnpike
are already complete, enabling one to travel from the Sachse/Wylie area to Central
Expressway in Plano in less than ten minutes.
