October 22 – Beacon Federal Credit Union Classic Car-lloween Show, 2901 Sens Rd., La
Porte (Rain Date 10-29)
October 22 – The Sixth Annual Guitars N' Cars Auto Show. The Guitars N' Cars Auto Show is
from 12 noon to 5 pm and Guitars N' Cars VIP Benefit, from 6-10 pm.
October 23 – 22nd Annual People’s Choice Car Show
October 30 – 4th Annual Collector’s Car Show at Congregation Emanu El from 11 a.m. - 2
p.m. in front of the synagogue at 1500 Sunset Blvd., Houston, 77005. The whole community
is invited to the free event which will feature cars from every era belonging to members and
community members. Whether you are a devotee of cars or just want to have fun, come out
and enjoy the camaraderie with the car owners and renew friendships and schmooze with
other car enthusiasts. A diverse group of food trucks will be available in the West Parking Lot
adjacent to the show. Confirmed food trucks to date include Snow Cone Angels, the Thai
Food Truck, Tila's Taco Truck and Wokker Tx Ranger. Guests are strongly encouraged to
bring canned goods for the Houston Food Bank. Interested in placing your car in the show or

Setup of begins at 9 A.M. The show opens to the public at 10
A.M.
There is a $25 entry fee for vehicles in the show.

November 12 – The 12th Annual Alvin Rotary Club Novemberfest Car & Bike Show sponsored
by Ron Carter in National Oak Park in Alvin. In addition to the Car & Bike Show, there will be an Arts & Crafts
Fair, food booths and local entertainers and games. Car registration begins at 7:00 am and all cars must be
registered by noon. Judging begins at 1:00 pm and we will make every attempt to award trophies by 3:00 pm.
We have 57 car and motorcycle classes and over 100 trophies to award. The first 100 cars entered will get a
dash plaque and all entries will receive a souvenir T-shirt. We will be presenting 100 Class Winner trophies.
Major trophies are for Best Car of Show, Best Bike of Show, President’s Trophy, Mayor’s Trophy, Marshal’s and
Veteran’s Trophy. The entry fee for cars and bikes is $30. We encourage you to send in your registration early to
help avoid long lines at the registration booth. If you send in your registration information early, we will have your
paperwork ready when you arrive. You can pay on the day of the show. You may register using this link to the

• The Pearland Antique and Classic Car Show (PACA) on Friday night, 5:30ish to 9ish, is
a cruise-in in Pearland at the Lowe’s Home Improvement parking lot, 2741 Broadway
Street, Pearland, TX 77581 (518 and Pearland Parkway; it is in front of Lowe’s, just
behind Sonic and IHOP).
Saturday
• SHOWPLACE CLASSICS: Weekly Cruise Nights! View the Showplace Classics
Schedule Important: Check for cancellations and schedule updates about Classic Car
Nights. NOTE: The Showplace Classic schedule includes Cruise Night at Otto’s BBQ
and Catering in Stafford.
• Blast from the Past Street Machines of Texas holds a car show every Saturday
night. Location: 24 Hour Fitness Center, 1960 in Atascocita (7068 FM 1960 East
Humble, TX 77346) 6:00PM to 9:00-plus PM
• Niftee50ees Classic Drive In at Corum Center, 4880 Louetta Road, Spring, TX.
Saturday from 7 to 10 PM. No shows in winter. Check the Niftee50ees Web site for
dates and status. 9-3-2016 UPDATE SPECIAL BULLETIN: To our fellow classic car
owners and guest, we regret to inform everyone that the property owners at the Corum
Shopping Center have terminated our Saturday night events effective immediately. We
have no understanding as to the reasons at this time but did receive a certified letter
stating the facts. Under our lease signage the owners do have the right to cancel at
their discretion at any time. This was a very short notice and unexpected however we
must abide by their request. We ask that everyone refrain from assembling at the
shopping center until we are informed on the reasons. NO CARS should be on the
premises on any Saturday night. The events are canceled. We will keep everyone
posted on our future plans and where we go from here. Our sincere apologies for the

bypass in Alvin, TX.
• Saturday Cruise Night Cruise-In at the Chick-Fil-A Parking Lot, Home Depot’s Lot, from
6PM To 10PM. in Kemah. Warning: DO NOT Park in the Target parking lot.
• Third Saturday at Sarge’s Street Meet and K1 Speed Cruise-In, 14900 Northwest
Freeway (290) in the K1 parking lot. 6PM on. Call Scott “Sarge” at 936 402-3213
• Saturday: Montgomery Cruise In at Brookshire Brothers Food Store; SH105 and FM
149 in Montgomery; in the east side of the parking lot, from 6PM on.
• The first and third Saturday of the month: Classic Cars of Brazoria County Cruise In,

6pm - 9pm, at Luby's, 125 West Way, Lake Jackson TX Luby's offers a free drink to all
participating and an All-U-Can-Eat Buffet for around $10.00 + tax. Any questions,

• Coffee and Cars 2016 is on first Saturday of the month, from 8-10am, at Memorial City
Mall, 303 Memorial City Ste 303, Houston, Texas 77024. Rain or Shine. Display cars,
please use Barryknoll Lane entrance as the display area will be in front of the food
court and JC Penney. Please do not reserve parking spots or areas, parking is first
come basis. Large groups will be assigned to the display lot in front of JCPenny. There
are over 500 spaces in the display area to use. Spectators please be mindful of car
display areas, which will be roped off, but feel free to park anywhere else. As always,
no burnouts and no revving. Those who do not follow guidelines will be banned.
• Wings & Wheels is the 1940 Air Terminal Museum's monthly open house, featuring
static displays of airplanes and automobiles, and is one of our fundraisers. It is held on
the 3rd Saturday of every month, rain or shine. Hours: 11 am to 3 pm Wings & Wheels
Ticket prices: $7 Adults, $3 Kids (12 and under). We welcome you to join us either by
car or air. Fly-in visitors, car club drivers and museum members get free admission!
Food is provided by a drive-up food vendor or cooked in-house. Enjoy an afternoon of
family fun, and help support the 1940 Air Terminal Museum! Wings & Wheels ticket
price includes: static aircraft tours, special programs in the Starliner Theater, museum
tours, and admission to the museum. We open up our ramp on the west side of Hobby
airport and let you get close to the action of a real airport!
• The last Saturday of the month. Cars and Coffee 9 am - 12 noon at Gateway Classic
Cars,71 Esplande Blvd. Houston, TX 77060 Complimentary coffee and pastries

Note to all HMCC members interested in attending out of town shows; some of the
club members plan road trips to these shows and develop a convoy to them. If you are
