Our Specialty Cakes
Luscious Lemon - 4 layers of chiffon cake, with 2 layers
of lemon mousse and 1 layer of royal lemon fillings.
Iced with yellow lemon buttercream icing.
Berrylicious (seasonal) - Available only during the
spring & summer months, the Berrylicious is chiffon
cake filled with (in separate layers) fresh raspberries,
fresh blackberries and fresh strawberries - all in white
chocolate mousse.

Our “standard” designs are complimentary. These include

Citrus Torte - A light delectable treat! This 4-layer torte
consists of thin layers of chiffon cake with lemon, lime,
and orange mousse in-between, with buttercream icing.

Tiramisu - Our version layers our light chiffon cake,
soaked in a Kahlua-espresso syrup, with sweetened
Italian marscapone cheese. It is iced in whipped cream.
Yellow with Chocolate - Yellow cake with chocolate

and decorated with yellow flowers.

Becky’s Cheesecake - Light and airy, with a graham
cracker crust
Atomic - A local favorite! From top to bottom: white
cake, fresh strawberry filling, banana cake, fresh
bananas in custard, fudge, and chocolate cake. It is
iced in whipped cream.
Flourless Chocolate Cake - Attention Chocolate lovers!
This is a dense, rich chocolate cake iced in ganache. Our
raspberry sauce accompanies it in a separate container.
Sometimes, you just want people to say
“wow!” when they walk into the room and see
the cake. Wow Cakes such as the one on the
left start out at around $60.
Tiered Cakes are great for those extra-special
celebrations in life! Each tier has 3 layers of cake
and 2 layers of filling. These start out at $135 with
a minimum serving amount of 30.
Shaped Cakes are fun showstoppers! 2-D
shapes such as this example start out at $150
with a minimum serving amount of 25.
“Wow,” Tiered, and Shaped cakes require at least 2 weeks
notice, but please ask if you need one sooner! Sometimes our
schedule will allow a last minute order to be possible.
