Delicate meringues painted with dark chocolate and
layered with fresh strawberries and sweet whipped
cream. Each “cake” is wrapped with a showy band of
pastel-streaked dark chocolate and topped with dark
chocolate shavings and a lovely red strawberry.

Gateau St. Honoré
This French-style classic features buttery puff pastry
topped with rich pate a choux, filled with our
superb vanilla bean Bavarian and edged with
caramelized profiteroles. We embellish this sublime
dessert with edible pansies.

Coconut Eggs
Lusciously moist coconut cake layered with chewy
coconut filing and glazed with our decadent dark
chocolate ganache. Each egg is hand decorated for a
truly delightful Easter treat. Please order by March 28th
