Pumpkin Sonata
A Katrina Rozelle original, our moist pumpkin spice
cake is layered with sugared pecans and domed with
whipped cream. We dress it up in a cute little pumpkin
suit complete with leaves and tendrils.

Cranberry Walnut Tart
We know about the cheap imitations, but nothing comes
close to Katrina’s superb combination of fresh walnut
chunks and tangy cranberries spiked with Grand Marnier

A Swedish classic of tender genoise moistened with

Chocolate Decadence
