From the middle Ages, the epiphany has been celebrated with
a special Twelh Night Cake: La Galee des Rois,or, The King’s cake.
The cake contains a lucky charm (une fève) and whomever
finds the charm in their slice of cake becomes
the King or Queen, and will wear the Crown.
The Galee des Rois is made with a puff pastry filled
with homemade almond cream. Ceci Cela offers
this delicious authentic French dessert to our customers
from early December to late January.
