Campus Confections is SUNY New Paltz’s campus bakery. We prepare freshly baked cakes, cookies, cupcakes, muffins,
pies, bars, Danish pastries, and specialty cakes for all occasions and locations on campus, including Hasbrouck Dining
Hall, Jazzman’s Café, the Student Union Building, Starbucks, and Parker Theatre. Our baked goods are freshly baked
daily by our two amazing pastry chefs, Maria and Melissa. Together, Maria and Melissa work tirelessly from sundown
until sunrise, making sure that every handcrafted bakery confection is filled with care and passion.

All orders must be placed 48 hours before
the desired pick-up time. You can pick up
your orders at Hasbrouck Dining Hall or
the Student Union Building. Please feel
free to call us (845-257-3348) any time
or fax (845-257-6921) in your orders.

Valk
Maria Valk has been the Bakery Supervisor
at Campus Confections since October 2005.
With 30 years of bakery and retail experience
under her belt, and a family-owned bakery,
Maria has perfected the art of baking and
cake decorating.

Melissa
Legg
Melissa Legg has been working at the campus
bakery (before Campus Confections) since
October 1999 and has 25 years worth of
baking experience. She is self-taught and
has a raving passion for baking and cake
decorating.

A coconut lover’s fantasy! Vanilla cake
covered with butter creme frosting and
coconut flakes.
Rich chocolate cake decorated with
chocolate-dipped crushed Oreos, nondairy whip, and chocolate ganache.

Peanut Butter Supreme
Chocolate cake iced with rich chocolate
butter creme and filled with our rich
german chocolate filling, which contains
caramel, coconut, and pecans.
