Become Master Business Leaders
The Master Business Leader (MBL) ranks (Silver Master and Golden Master) are at the top of the
Sunrider business experience, and it’s these ranks that I urge everyone to seek. Your focus should be
to become an MBL and to help your downlines become MBLs as well.
The wonderful thing about our business is that there’s no time limit to achieve this goal; it can be
done in one year, two years, or three years, just remember to be consistent. It’s like a well that appears
to be empty; it’s not that it doesn’t have water, it’s that the well wasn’t dug deep enough. Keep
drilling, keep working, and make up your mind today to do something. Become an MBL and help
everyone else do the same. Teach them, lead them, and success is yours.
Respect Your Downline and Avoid Assumptions
Believe in yourself and respect your downlines’ abilities to
become MBLs. When you sponsor a new IBO, refrain from
making assumptions and prejudging that a person can only
be a consumer, IBO, or Business Leader. Everyone can and
should be an MBL, but it’s only possible with respect and
believing in yourself and your downline. If you expect your
downline to only become an IBO, that’s all they will achieve.
Expect your downlines to be MBLs, and they will succeed! It
may not happen in one year or two, but one day, they will
become an MBL. It is important you respect your downlines,
believe in their capabilities, and avoid assumptions.
Sharing Is the First Step
What we need to do is share Sunrider with our friends.
You may hear people say they don’t have time, but to be
successful, it’s important to learn how to effectively organize
and utilize your spare time to reach your goals. Each day,
spend 15 minutes of your spare time calling two people and
in just one year you’ll reach over 700 people! Imagine how
big your business will be if each of your downline heeds
this message. You can make millions in Sunrider by simply
committing to spending 15 minutes a day calling people
and sharing Sunrider.* This habit determines your Sunrider
destiny. Plus, many of your downline will follow your lead
and do the same (duplication at work!). So let’s form a habit:
start calling people and respecting ourselves.

JOINING SUNRIDER I’m laying the foundation for a strong, successful business and paving a path
for myself and others. I think I have made a great start. I am investing more of my time and effort into

BECOMING A BUSINESS LEADER I am so happy every day, working side by side with my upline, Lam Wan Ho, who inspires
me in business and life. I think having a good upline is very important for success. For example, Dr. Chen, who is a great leader

a wonderfully supportive upline. We keep in contact and communicate on a daily basis; we share a lot of things about business
and life. Being a busy mother to a 4-month-old daughter takes up most of my time and attention, so it would be easy to slack off
doing the business, but my upline sets a great example for me. Her determination, dedication, and passion drive me to focus on
my goals and work hard. I am proactive with my uplines and downlines, reaching out to new people and sharing the Sunrider
business whenever there is a chance. I had a newly qualified Business Leader in

Why Is It Important to Help Your Downlines Become Business Leaders? Sunrider has provided a
