sound body and good health to the best of the seller's knowledge. Shipping costs are the responsibility of THE BUYER. THE BUYER agrees to pay the full balance of
the puppy and take receipt of their puppy by the age of 10 weeks. If this condition is not met, THE SELLER has the right to sell the puppy to another BUYER.
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
FULL REGISTRATION: This puppy is purchased with full United Perro de Presa Canario Club/United Kennel Club (UPPCC/UKC) registration and breeding rights.
LIMITED REGISTRATION: This puppy is purchased as a pet and may not be bred (intentionally or unintentially). THE BUYER agrees to spay/neuter this puppy
(at THE BUYER'S expense) before the age of six months and to mail Coke Kennels' veterinarian a certificate stating that the surgery has been performed. (Paperwork
is withheld until this condition is met.)
THE SELLER guarantees that the PRESA CANARIO can register with the United Perro de Presa Canario Club/United Kennel Club(UPPCC/UKC). THE BUYER agrees to
register this puppy with COKE'S name as the pre-fix. Both THE BUYER and SELLER acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied, have been made in
regard to said Presa Canario's future abilities.

Cash refunds are only given if a licensed veterinarian finds a severe health problem that was present before you took possession of the puppy (excluding worms).
We (THE SELLER) may require a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice. Cash refunds are only given if the puppy is returned to us. THE BUYER will incur all
shipping costs. If you decide to keep the puppy and have it treated you have waived the right to a refund. THE SELLER is not responsible for any veterinary bills
that you incur.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
HEALTH GUARNTEE
If the puppy is found to have life inhibiting genetic defects prior to one year of age. THE SELLER agrees to replace the puppy. THE BUYER must notify THE SELLER in
writing of the life inhibiting genetic condition. All veterinarian costs and any other expenses are THE BUYER's responsibility. If THE SELLER does not receive
notification within this period of time, this guarantee becomes null and void.
This health guarantee is only valid if all the following conditions are met:
1. The puppy has been registered with the UPPCC/UKC and COKE's name appears on the registration.
2. The puppy remains current on all vaccinations and de-wormings, including all puppy shots recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
3. All other conditions within this agreement are met by THE BUYER.
Note: Entropia, Ecotropia and Cherry Eye are common with all Mastiff breeds and are not considered life inhibiting genetic defects. All costs incurred due to
Entropia, Ectropia andor/Cherry Eye are the sole responsibility of THE BUYER.
The puppy must be returned with the registration papers. A replacement of equal or greater value will be given to THE BUYER as soon as one becomes available. All
shipping costs are THE BUYER's responsibility. This guarantee cannot be transferred.
THE BUYER understands that the PRESA CANARIO is a large breed dog that is dominant by nature. THE SELLER is not responsible for any temperament problems
that the said PRESA CANARIO exhibits. The PRESA CANARIO will require socialization and continued consistent training.

This agreement represents the entire agreement between THE BUYER and THE SELLER. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are included unless
specifically stated in this written agreement.
