LATCH HOOK FINISHING INSTRUCTIONS **ADULT SUPERVISION RECOMMENDED** Basic Finishing Instructions 1. Carefully trim any uneven yarns with a pair of scissors. 2 2. Carefully trim any uneven yarns with a pair of scissors. 2 2. Trim your canvas, leaving a 1” [2.5 cm] border around your design. 3. Cut a piece of fabric for the back of the pillow 1” [2.5 cm] larger than your design. 4. With the right sides of your design and your fabric together, sew along 3 sides. 5. Turn right side out and insert pillow form. 6. Carefully trim any uneven yarns with a pair of scissors. 2 2. Trim your canvas, leaving a 1” [2.5 cm] border around your design. 3. Cut a length of rug binding the same length as the top of your design to create a pocket for the dowel or rod. 4.
