34th Toyota Indonesia QCC-SS Convention 2016
Jakarta (4/6) - PT. Toyota Indonesia holds the 34th Quality Control Circle Convention (QCC) or Gugus
Kendali Mutu (GKM) at Hotel Harris Summarecon Bekasi. QCC is a medium of self-development for
employees at Toyota. This is in line with the principles in the Toyota which develop human resources
first and then develop the product.
This year, the theme for Toyota Indonesia QCC Convention is “Reshaping our capability to increase
competitiveness through QCC - SS Activity”. There are several categories for the winner, which are:
The Best Secretariat Management, The Best Circle Managing Activity (Technical), The Best Cross
Function Improvement, and The Best Suggest System.
The implementation of QCC providing an opportunity for all employees to enhance the capabilities of
individuals and at the same time be part of a strong team, shaping the mindset engineer to see and do
repairs as creative and innovative, and become the medium on transferring the expertise and skills.

Toyota Indonesia and its members got so many benefits from QCC activities, such as improving
communication between the members and build a solid teamwork. It expected to be more and more
