Wall Blocks
Wall Blocks are building materials used for the interior and exterior walls of
any concrete, steel, wooden, prefabricated and masonry construction.
Wall Blocks with Tongue and Groove

Just like wall blocks, Wall Blocks with Tongue and Groove are also used for
the interior and exterior walls of buildings. Blocks with Tongue and Groove
reduce thermal bridges and do not require mortar application for vertical

Lintels
AKG Gazbeton Lintels are reinforced elements that supplement wall blocks. They are used on top of
door and window openings. Lintels enable to save significant time and labor by allowing to continue to
build walls without waiting for molds, irons and so on. They prevent thermal bridges and condensation.
Its measures can be compatible with all kinds of walls and thus can be easily applied.
Horizontal and Vertical Wall Panels
AKG Gazbeton Horizontal Wall Panels are reinforced Wall Elements that may be used on interior and
exterior walls of any concrete, steel, wooden and prefabricated structure. AKG Gazbeton horizontal
wall panels are used between columns or on the interior and exterior surfaces of the columns. Wall
panels enable to form diverse architectural and facades with different functions and preferences.
AKG Gazbeton Vertical Wall Panels are not only used in openings formed by the framework as interior
and exterior walls but also in forming any partition wall detached from the framework. These panels are
preferred in structures with stories that don’t exceed 6 meters, also in structures that have vertical
windows and door openings.
Load-Bearing Vertical Wall Panels
AKG Gazbeton Vertical Wall Panels can be produced as load-bearing in order to be used in masonry
constructions. These panels can be used as interior and exterior walls in such constructions. Even in the
most risky seismic zones, it is possible to build masonry constructions by using Load-Bearing Vertical
Wall Panels.
Roof Panels
AKG Gazbeton Roof Panels are reinforced, load-bearing and large-size prefabricated constructional
components produced for roof floorings, mainly for industrial and residential buildings. AKG Gazbeton
Roof Panels enable various roof applications such as flat, sloped, canopied and non-canopied. They
can be easily mounted on any kind of steel, wooden or prefabricated structure. No mold is required,
and use of concrete is necessary only for panel joints and surrounding beams. It prevents fire transition
between floors.
Floor Panels
AKG Gazbeton Flooring Panels are reinforced constructional components, which are produced to be
used at the level floorings and walkable roof floorings of all load-bearing systems. As soon as they are
produced, they are ready for full capacity load bearing and assembly. They are easily and rapidly
assembled at their place by means of mounting tools and cranes.
Jamb
AKG Gazbeton Jambs are reinforced supplementary elements which surround window and door
openings, adding visual richness to buildings. Jambs can be used vertically and horizontally. They are
produced according to the size of windows or doors they surround.

A1 class non-combustible AKG autoclaved aerated concrete:
the first choice of the building industry.
Autoclaved aerated concrete is an A1 class non-combustible building material. According to the
"Regualtion on Fire Protection", it provides fire safety at every point. It resists against temperature of
1200°C for more than 240 minutes. It does not emit smoke and toxic gas and prevents fire transition
between spaces.
Thermal Insulation!
AKG autoclaved aerated concrete alone is sufficient for thermal insulation.
AKG autoclaved aerated concrete contributes to the energy efficiency of buildings and also
minimizes the costs of heating/cooling. It's a masonry material with very low thermal conductivity
value.
Earthquake Safety!
Autoclaved aerated concrete reduces the effects of earthquake on buildings.
