COMPANY PROFILE
The ORLA company was established in 1965 in Castelfidardo, the musical instrument capital of Italy.
The story begun when Nazzareno Orlandoni (but the industry knows him as Mimmo all over the world) created
the company to manufacture parts for accordions and reed organs. In the early days of the company, Mimmo
was joined by Alfio Monaci (Mimmo's brother-in-law) and the company went into the production of electronic
organs and quickly established a reputation in the world market.
ORLA is the only company in Italy and Europe known as full line manufacturer producing Home Organs, Digital
Pianos, Keyboards and Expanders.
Indeed ORLA is now the last remaining Italian company producing Home Organs and it is intent on continuing to
serve this important market, providing a credible alternative to the major Japanese and American companies still
present in this field.
ORLA not only produces under its own brand name but for others also. Companies from the international music
industry (American, Japanese and European) have used the research, development and production facilities that
ORLA has to offer.
ORLA has exhibited at the International Frankfurt Musik Messe for the past 30 years and also exhibited regularly
at the USA Namm Shows. International distributors have presented ORLA made products at all the major
national and regional music exhibitions throughout Europe, USA and Australia.
The continuing success of ORLA products in the American market (where it is one of the leading suppliers of
home organs) has enabled this family run business to look to the future with confidence.
It is ORLA aim to develop their presence over a number of years in order that they become a major force in the
keyboard industry.
The ORLA range now incorporate not only home organs but also church organs, digital pianos, portable
keyboards, and special attention is given to the accordion market with the production of accordion dedicated
sound modules, portable keyboards with special key assembly for accordion players and reedless accordions
using the latest ORLA technology that provides very high quality accordion sounds.
La Storia della
La ORLA e' stata fondata nel 1965 in Castelfidardo, la capitale Italiana degli strumenti musicali.
La storia inizia quando Nazzareno Orlandoni (ma il mondo dell'industria musicale lo conosce come Mimmo)
fondo' la ditta con lo scopo di costruire parti per fisarmoniche e pianole a ventola. Dopo poco tempo Alfio
Monaci, cognato di Mimmo, si uni' alla ditta ed iniziarono a produrre i primi strumenti elettronici costruendosi
rapidamente una reputazione nel mercato mondiale.
La ORLA e' la sola ditta Italiana ed Europea a costruire una gamma completa di organi a mobile, pianoforti
digitali, tastiere ed expander.
In effetti, la ORLA e' anche la sola ditta Italiana ed Europea a costruire ancora organi a mobile da casa, un
mercato dove offre una credibile alternativa ai prodotti Giapponesi specialmente nei mercati anglosassoni.
La ORLA non costruisce solamente prodotti con il proprio nome ma anche strumenti per altre aziende leader nel
mercato degli strumenti musicali. Molte ditte Americane, Giapponesi ed Europee hanno usato ed ancora usano
le strutture della ORLA per la progettazione e la fabbricazione dei propri strumenti.
Il crescente successo dei prodotti ORLA nel mercato Americano dove e' una delle ditte piu' conosciute nel
mercato Home Organs) permette a questa piccola ditta ancora a conduzione familiare di guardare al futuro con

This instrument has 410 sampled sounds in each of the
orchestral sections including 128 General Midi voices + ORLA
Ultra XM sound library voices. The Left and the Right part of
the keyboard has real time Flutebars for creating your own
original organ sounds with Flute or Tibia voicing. Both
Tremolo and Vibrato effects are available on the Flutes. 40
unique accordion samples can be found within the Orchestra
sections. Each of the 106 onboard rhythm styles has an
Automatic Set feature that instantly set up the whole
instrument to the musical style selected. 16 Overall Presets
have with Orchestral settings. The built-in disk drive can be
used to load and save musical data including registrations,
rhythm styles and songs. The new Auto Save facility eliminates many of the problems people have previously encountered when using disks.
The performance recording side of the disk drive is for recording and playback of your own performances.

This instrument has been designed to offer the typical specifications of an
arranger keyboard but with the sound quality and the keyboard response of the
hammer action keyboard of a digital piano. It incorporates 240 orchestral
sounds including very high quality Grand Piano. It also has an extensive Style
Section (130 styles) covering a broad range – from traditional dance rhythms
(Waltz, Fox Trot and Quick Step) to modern and contemporary beats and great
Latin rhythms.
The built in disk drive can be used to record musical data. It is also an
excellent Standard Midi File player.

The new Church Keyboards are the natural development of the previous range.
It is not the standard format of a traditional classical organ but it has all the specific
sounds and features of this products.
There are three separate sound section for the Pedalboard, for the I Manual and for
the II Manual each one with their dedicated stops.
One of the innovative ideas of the CH keyboards is the possibility to customise each
organ stops with a new pipe or reed sounds available in the internal library. The result
is an endless combination of voices available in the instrument.
The CH keyboards have also a library of 380 instrumental sounds that expands the
possibility of the instrument.
The new 3 speakers Soft Cone amplification system ensures the finest reproduction of
the available sounds.
One of the main characteristics of the instrument is the Standard Midi File Player
section that allows the player to play and record its own songs or to play back
standard midi file songs available from other instruments.

con tastiera singola.
Lo strumento e’ stato progettato per offrire tutte le caratteristiche
degli strumenti classici ma con una prospettiva innovativa.
I modelli CH dispongono di tre sezioni: Pedaliera, I Manuale e II
Manuale e per ogni sezione dispongono dei relativi suoni. Una delle
idee innovative sui modelli CH e’ la possibilità di cambiare le voci
delle canne d’organo disponibili sul pannello per rendere lo
strumento più versatile per l’organista. Il risultato e’ la possibilità di
allargare a piacere le possibilità di combinare i suoni sul pannello.

HOME ORGANS
The ORLA GT Series Home Organs offer the player a wide
range of incredibly realistic voices and advanced performance
features, and yet makes them easy to use. So easy in fact, you
really can sound professional the very first time you sit down to
play. With the preset settings found in the Automatic Set-Ups,
Overall Presets and the new Automatic Organ (GT8000 and
GT9000 only) features, it is hard not to find the sounds you
want instantly. Whilst the GT Series uses a new generation of
technology the warmth and depth of tone which has long been
associates with the ORLA products remain. The elegant new
cabinet design together with new improved amplification
system make the GT organs simply irresistible.
GT1600
Authentic Orchestral Voices and Superb Organ Sounds
The GT9000 and GT8000 has 380 sampled sounds in each of
the orchestral sections. These include the standard 128
General Midi voices + over 250 ORLA XM Sound Library
Voices. The Upper Orchestra 1 also includes a library of 40
Theatre Organ Sounds.
Each manual has real time Flutebars for creating your own
original organ sound with Flute or Tibia voicing. Both Tremolo
and Vibrato effects are available on the Flutes. 40 unique
accordion samples can be found within the Orchestra sections.
A variety of features such as Reverb, 3D Sound Enhancer,
Octave shift and Sustain can be used to enhance the sounds.
GT9000/GT8000 Automatic Organ
This brand new feature provides the user with 6 banks of 16
registrations which load instantly into the Overall Presets
section.
These allow access to carefully prepared settings for such
popular sounds as Theatre, Jazz, Classical & Electronic
Organs, Combo, Big Band and Orchestral. The volume
levels for each registration have been set to ensure that the
optimum balance is provided. This means there is no need
for you to adjust the volumes etc….. simply sit and play.
Built In Registrations and Automatic Set Ups
In order to sit down and play straight away with professional
sounding registrations, each of the onboard rhythm styles
has an Automatic Set Up. These registrations, set up the
whole organ instantly using sounds appropriate to the
musical style selected. The GT Organs allow the player
to adjust these
registration to suit
personal taste.
The Overall Presets
GT2600
also come preset
with settings covering a wide range of musical styles including Organ
Sounds, Orchestral, Jazz and Big Band.
Advanced Rhythm Orchestrations
The GT Organs have an extensive rhythm section featuring different
rhythm styles. These cover a broad range - from traditional dance
rhythms to modern contemporary beats and great Latin rhythms.
Each style has 3 Variations (the GT1600 has 2 Variations), fully
orchestrated Intros and Endings and Fill In patterns. The new Style
Maker system modifies styles without the need of in-depth
programming.

HOME ORGANS
Built in Performance Recorder with Disk Drive
The built-in disk drive can be used to load and save musical data
including registrations, rhythm styles and songs. The new Auto
Save facility eliminates many of the problems people have
previously encountered when using disks. The performance
recording side of the disk drive is for recording and playback of
your own performances. Once again the emphasis is on ease of
use with a minimal amount of button pushing required to both
record and save to disk.
GT9000 Amplification
The new 7 speaker amplification system of the GT9000 is the
finest ORLA have ever produced. The new improved Soft Cone
Speaker technology brings you power and high quality and
warm that high and low volume levels. The new developed
Dynamic Frequency Compensator system adjusts the overall
tone of the organ to suit different environments and personal
hearing.
