LDVALI focuses on the Progressive Mix-Level Program in 2014! After 7 years of teaching, LDVALI has developed a unique program and
methodology that help students of various skill levels learn and grow
together while having fun exercising via the low-impact approach.
Open to all ages that enjoy dancing with or without a partner, learning
various forms of American Line Dances is made easy, e.g. slides and
salsa, mambo, samba, bachata, NC 2-steps, jive, and more - dances that
anyone can easily bring home or show off at social events and parties.
The music variety used in classes are even more surprising and inspiring, from the timeless era of the big bands to the present pop rock and
hip hop club scenes. You cannot go wrong because at any level will
always be a good low-impact exercise program (average of about 2,000
steps per hour.) Start with the basic beginner or Level Zero sessions as
your introductory phase, then grow into the Level 1 phase, until ultimately developing and advancing into the Level 2 intermediate phase.

This class is perfect for busy adults who want to continue to improve on the guitar. You will learn how to optimize your limited
practice time. This class will play a wide variety of songs, learn guitar techniques, note reading and basic musictheory as needed.
This class takes a more intensive approach to “seeing” the fretboard. Students are taught moveable bar chords and scales, improve note reading, and lots of riffs with the goal of developing a foundation for performance and improvisation. The class will
apply these skills as students rehearse blues, classical, rock, and folk music.
This is a continuing class for guitarists who already play and can read music to some degree. You’ll learn more advanced techniques, practical theory, and improvisation, and apply these skills to a variety of jazz, blues, classical, and rock tunes.
