Mike
and
Jane,
have
exceptionally maintained and grown
the business for over 6 years, and
have many repeat customers. The
customer list is included in the sale.
Mike, a former auto plant maintenance/millwright
foreman, has updated and maintained the property and
mechanical equipment and will be happy to “show off” his
work that has made the facility operations extremely
efficient. Jane, a former secretary, has brought Travelers
Motel into the computer age with software and an
informative and high-traffic web site. The web site,
which brings 90% of new customers, is not offered
in the sale, but is negotiable.
Mike and Jane, originally from Grand Rapids, have really
enjoyed being “Mom & Pop” and the experience has
enriched their lives beyond measure. Sadly, due to chronic
health issues, they have no alternative but to give up
