Glitter tattoos are temporary
tattoos lasting up to a week
or more. We have been so
excited by the overwhelming
response we have received
about our glitter tattoos! We
hear over and over again that
it is so great to have a different option for parties, and
this is an option that is not
just for kids, it is for people
of all ages. We have done
events for small children and
events for college kids.
There is such a broad range
of customers who love glitter
tattoos!
Glitter tattoos make a bold
statement. This is the newest
and most sparkly form of
body art around and we are
so happy to have been able to
introduce it to our area.
By adding glitter tattoos to
your event, you are offering
the chance for your visitors
to display their individuality
since they can choose from
over 150 tattoo designs and
30 colors from which they
are able to create any color
combination imaginable. They
are completely in control of
what their tattoo will look
like! Your event will be talked
about long after it is over, as
the tattoos will last for days.

have done birthday parties for all
ages. We have approximately
150 designs to choose from.

Trade Shows - You can certainly book The Glitter Fairy
to attract customers to your
booth. At any event that we
attend, we always have a large
crowd either getting tattoos,
or watching those who are
getting a tattoo. It is a great
way to draw a crowd to your
booth to introduce them to
your product. You can hire us
to give tattoos to your customers at no-cost to them as
your give-away item. We can
even do tattoos of your logo
as a great way of marketing
your product!!

quite a few tattoos for school
children on their arms, so that
they can wear long sleeves to
school, yet still enjoy having
their tattoo.
We are available for any type
of school event from carnivals,
to sporting events, to class-

tattoo, there is a fear that
there is some sort of permanency about them. This is not
the case with glitter tattoos
and what makes them so wonderful. They are also great
because they do last longer
than just a day. There is no
fear of it immediately coming
off when you take a shower,
or step out in the rain, but
they are also easy to remove
when you are ready to take
them off. We know some
room activities, dances, afterproms, fund-raising events and
so much more. We offer a
discounted rate to schools for
our services.
Fundraising Events/NonProfit Organizations - We
have done quite a few fundraising events and have had
great success in helping organizations to raise money. Most
notably you will see us at
EVERY McLean County MissFits Roller Derby bout.
The MissFits mission is about
raising money for non-profit
organizations in the area and
we fully support that! Not only
do we apply the skater’s numbers in glitter, we also sell our
tattoos at their events. We
then donate a portion of the
sales to whatever organization
they are raising money for that
night.
What we do is sell our tattoos
at your fundraising events like
we would at any of our events.
We charge $5 for our basic
tattoos and $8 for more elaborate tattoos. We then donate
a portion of the profits to your
organization. This way there is
no money out of pocket from
your organization to have us
there. You are encouraged to
advertise our involvement,
because the more tattoos we
sell the more money we are
able to donate!

give us as much notice as possible. We do accept last minute
reservations as long as we are
not already booked, at no additional fee. We can help you
decide how many Glitter Fairies
you will need based on the
amount of people attending

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will a glitter tattoo
last?
Unlike face-painting, which only tends
to last for a day, a glitter tattoo will
last anywhere from 3-7 days. I have
also had customers tell me their tattoo lasted for weeks. The life of the
tattoo depends on a few things. Friction and glitter tattoos do not go well
together. Areas that are subjected to
the friction of shoes, socks, or tightfitting clothes may cause the tattoo to
rub off sooner than the 7 days. Another factor in the length of time a
tattoo will last is the amount of oil in
your skin. People with drier skin tend
to have their tattoos last longer than
the 7 days.
What if I want to take the tattoo
off?
They are very simple to remove.
Simply use rubbing alcohol and a
washcloth or cotton ball to scrub the
tattoo off.
Will the tattoo come off if I swim or when
I take a shower?
You can still swim and shower normally with a
glitter tattoo. In fact we have done many tattoos poolside, and the recipients were able to
jump in the pool as soon as we were done applying the tattoo. We recommend when showering
to not scrub the area when you are washing. We
also recommend when you are drying off from a
shower or time in the pool, to just pat the area
dry to avoid friction. We recommend still showering as usual, to keep your skin from becoming
too oily, which will cause the tattoo to not last
as long.
Are glitter tattoos safe?
Yes!!! All products used are
FDA approved and hypoallergenic. The glue used to apply
the tattoos is a gentle, nontoxic, latex-free cosmetic glue
made specifically for use on skin.
Can I request a tattoo for
my party?
Yes you sure can. A design fee
of $20 may apply depending on
the complexity of the design.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates in any denomination. The recipient would be able to use
the gift certificate towards a party or they could use it for tattoos at any public event
that we are at. Check our events page to see all of our upcoming events. We have
also had gift certificates used as party favors, where each gift certificate is good for
one tattoo at any of our future events. Please contact us for more information
regarding gift certificates!
