Johdanto
Saunalahti Prepaid Perhenetti on helposti käyttöönotettava ja Elisan Mobiiliverkossa
Suomessa toimiva mobiililaajakaistapalvelu. Perhenettiä voi käyttää myös ulkomailla
suosituimmissa matkakohteissa. Katso tarkemmat tiedot liittymän käytöstä ja hinnoista ulkomailla osoitteessa: prepaidinfo.saunalahti.fi
Palveluun sisältyy yhden kuukauden ajan rajattomasti veloituksetonta tiedonsiirtoa
(internet) Suomessa ensimmäisestä käyttökerrasta alkaen. Mahdolliset sisältöpalvelumaksut veloitetaan liittymäsaldosta erikseen. Lisäksi liittymällä on alkusaldoa valmiina
6 € ja voit käyttää sitä esimerkiksi satunnaiseen tiedonsiirtoon (maks. 1,9 €/käyttöpäivä tai tekstiviestien (0,066 €/kpl) lähettämiseen.
Kun veloitukseton käyttökuukausi on lähestymässä loppuaan, liittymään kannattaa
ostaa kiinteähintainen tiedonsiirtopaketti tai ladata lisää saldoa osoitteessa lataa.
saunalahti.fi. Saldoa voi ostaa myös kaikilta Prepaid edustajilta.
Liittymä on voimassa yhden kuukauden käyttöönotosta ja lisäsaldon lataus tai tiedonsiirtopaketin osto (osoitteessa lataa.saunalahti.fi) lisää liittymän voimassaoloaikaa 12
kuukaudella ja mahdollisesti käyttämätön osuus alkusaldosta palautuu käytettäväksi
ensimmäisen latauksen jälkeen. Lisäsaldoa tulee kuitenkin ladata viimeistään 12 kk:n
kuluessa ensimmäisestä käyttökerrasta, muuten liittymä ei ole enää käytettävissä.

Saunalahti Pikalataus
Aktivoimalla Saunalahti Pikalatauksen osoitteessa lataa.saunalahti.fi/pikalataus voit
ostaa saldoa ja paketteja tekstiviestillä omaan tai esim. lapsesi Prepaid -liittymään.
Pikalataukset veloitetaan palveluun liittämältäsi Maksukortilta.
Saunalahti Latausextra
Lataa saldoa säännöllisesti netissä tai Otto. -automaatilla, niin saat joka neljännen
latauksen yhteydessä 10 € Saunalahti Latausextraa (normaalina saldona) kulloinkin
voimassa olevan latausedun lisäksi. Saunalahti Latausextra on voimassa toistaiseksi.
Minimikertalataus on 10 €.

Saunalahti Prepaid -asiakkaana saat käyttöösi hyödyllisen palvelun, joka tuo suoraan
puhelimeesi tietoa Saunalahden ja yhteistyökumppaneidemme tuotteista, asiakaseduista ja tarjouksista. Markkinoinnin kohdentamisessa voidaan hyödyntää verkon
paikka- ja päätelaitetietoja. Voit kieltää tarjousviestit halutessasi. Kielto-ohjeen löydät
osoitteesta prepaidinfo.saunalahti.fi. Huom! Liittymän käyttöä koskevia tiedoteviestejä,

asiakastyytyväisyystutkimusviestejä ja esimerkiksi lataustarjousviestejä ei voi kieltää
vastaanottamasta.
Huomioitavaa
Saunalahti Prepaid liittymästä ei toimiteta puhelu-, viesti-, tiedonsiirtoerittelyä eikä
sen numeroa toimiteta numeropalveluun. Numeronsiirto ei ole mahdollista Saunalahti
Prepaid -liittymässä. Liittymän numero on etukäteen valittu eikä numeroa voi vaihtaa.
Tiedonsiirtonopeuden vaihteluväli 3G-verkossa on lataussuunnassa: 0,4 Mbit/s–10
Mbit/s ja lähetyssuunnassa: 0,2 Mbit/s–3 Mbit/s. Tiedonsiirtonopeudet voivat tilapäisesti laskea alle tiedonsiirtonopeuden vaihteluvälin. Tiedonsiirtonopeus riippuu mm.
valitusta palvelusta, käytettävissä olevasta verkkotekniikasta, kuuluvuuden voimakkuudesta, päätelaitteen ominaisuuksista ja verkon kuormituksesta. Lisäksi verkon
kuuluvuusalueissa saattaa esiintyä paikallisia katveita.
Mobiililaajakaistapalveluissa käytetään pääsääntöisesti osoitteenmuunnosta. Osoitemuunnosta käyttävässä tiedonsiirtoliikenteessä palvelu ei saa julkista yksilöllistä
IP-osoitetta käyttöönsä ja tiedonsiirtoyhteyden avaaminen sisäänpäin on estetty.

Mobiililaajakaista (Wifi) Reititin – Käyttöönotto:
1. Asenna SIM-kortti ja akku reitittimeen (katso oheinen kuva).
2. Lataa ensin reititin liittämällä reititin tietokoneeseen laitteen mukana to
toimitetulla

datakaapelilla. Jos haluat ladata verkkovirralla, tarvitset verkkosovittimen (käytä
esim. älypuhelimesi verkkosovitinta) tai osta sovitin kodinkoneliikkeestä.
3. Laita virta päälle -näppäimestä.
4. Yhdistä tietokoneesi/laitteesi reitittimen langattomaan verkkoon (SSID). Kun
laitteesi muodostaa yhteyden reitittimeen ensimmäistä kertaa, joudut antamaan
langattoman verkon salausavaimen. Langattoman verkon nimen (SSID) ja salausavaimen (WIFI KEY) löydät mobiilireitittimen takakannen sisäpuolelta.

Esimerkki reitittimen yhdistämisestä langattomaan verkkoon
Tabletin liittäminen (esim. iPad) Wifi/WLAN-yhteyden kautta
1. Kytke langaton verkko päälle koskettamalla Asetukset (Settings) > Wi-Fi/WLAN
(Wi-Fi/WLAN).
2. Tabletti hakee automaattisesti langattomat yhteydet ja näyttää tukiasemien
luettelon.
3. Valitse tukiasema reitittimen verkon nimellä, SSID:llä.
4. Anna tarvittaessa langattoman verkon oikea salausavain ja napauta Liity (Join).
Wifi/WLAN-laitteet (kuten tietokoneet, tabletit, älypuhelimet, kamerat ja pelikonsolit)
voivat muodostaa Internet-yhteyden mobiililaajakaista-reitittimen kautta. Liitäntätapa
riippuu langattoman laitteen tai tietokoneen käyttöjärjestelmästä. Muodosta yhteys
laitteen omien ohjeiden mukaan.

Hallintasivujen kautta voit mm. tehdä seuraavia toimenpiteitä:
1. Tarkastella tilastotietoja
2. Lähettää ja vastaanottaa tekstiviestejä (kaikki tiedotteet, etuviestit ja myös
tiedonsiirtopakettien infoviestit tulevat tänne)
3. Päivittää reitittimen ohjelmistoversion (jos saatavilla)
4. Muuttaa asetuksia
Lue lisää hallintasivujen käytöstä ohjeesta, jonka löydät hallintasivujen yläreunasta
(Ohje).
Hallintasivuille kirjautuminen
1. Kirjoita selaimeen osoitteeksi http://192.168.1.1
2. Käyttäjänimi ja salasana sivuille on admin.
3. Klikkaa tämän jälkeen Kirjaudu sisään -painiketta.
Hallintasivu kehoittaa vaihtamaan kirjautumissalasanan sisäänkirjautumisen jälkeen.
Voit ohittaa tämäni klikkaamalla Peruuta-painiketta.

Muuta huomioitavaa
Mikäli laite on yhdistetty internettiin mutta yhteyttä ei käytetä 10 minuuttiin, niin
reititin menee lepotilaan ja yhteys katkeaa. Yhteyden saat mudostettua uudestaan
painamalla -näppäintä.
Kun reititin on käytössä pitkään, se lämpenee ja voi ylikuumeta. Tällaisessa tilanteessa
reititin katkaisee verkkoyhteyden automaattisesti ja kytkeytyy pois päältä suojellakseen itseään vaurioilta. Jos näin tapahtuu, aseta reititin hyvin tuuletettuun tilaan lämmön haihduttamiseksi ja kytke se sitten päälle jatkaaksesi käyttöa tavalliseen tapaan.
Älä vaihda SIM-kortin PIN-koodia (oletuksena 1234), koska muutos saattaa
estää reitittimen käytön!
Jos et pysty käyttämään reititintä normaalisti, kokeile seuraavaa:
1. Katso ohje hallintasivulta.
2. Käynnistä reititin uudelleen.
3. Palauta reitittimen tehdasasetukset.

Tehdasasetusten palauttaminen
Jos unohdat reitittimen hallintaan tekemäsi
asetusmuutokset, voit palauttaa tehdasasetukset
uudelleen käyttöön. Pidä Reset-painike painettuna, kunnes näyttö sammuu. Kun tämä toimenpide
suoritetaan, reitittimen kaikki henkilökohtaiset
laitteen hallintaan tehdyt asetusmuutokset
poistetaan. Kaikki verkonhallintasivun määritykset
palautetaan tehdasasetuksiin.

1.
YLEISTÄ JA SOVELTAMISALA
Näitä erityisehtoja sovelletaan Saunalahden (Saunalahti on osa Elisa Oyj:tä) tarjoamiin Saunalahti
Prepaid -liittymiin. Saunalahti luovuttaa Asiakkaan käyttöön ominaisuuksiltaan rajoitetun matkaviestinliittymän käyttöoikeuden asiakkaan maksamaa etukäteismaksua vastaan (”palvelu”). Näissä
erityisehdoissa asiakkaalla tarkoitetaan kuluttaja- sekä yritysasiakkaita. Palveluun sovelletaan
lisäksi Saunalahden yleisiä sopimusehtoja kuluttaja- ja yritysasiakkaille. Muiden Saunalahden
palveluiden käyttöön sovelletaan kyseisiä palveluita koskevia erityisehtoja, palvelukuvauksia ja
kampanjaehtoja.
Asiakas voi palvelun ja matkaviestinverkon välityksellä käyttää muidenkin kuin Saunalahden
tarjoamia palveluita. Palvelusopimus ei koske näitä palveluita, eikä Saunalahti vastaa tällaisista
palveluista. Saunalahti ei vastaa siitä, että asiakkaan päätelaitteen sisältämät kaikki ominaisuudet
ovat käytettävissä Palvelua käytettäessä.
2.
SOPIMUKSEN SYNTYMINEN, SIM-KORTTI JA MATKAPUHELINNUMERO
Sopimus syntyy, kun asiakas ottaa palvelun käyttöön käyttöohjeissa kuvatulla tavalla. Palvelun
käyttöönotto ei edellytä henkilöllisyyden todistamista. Mikäli asiakas haluaa käyttää hänelle

Saunalahden yleisissä sopimusehdoissa määriteltyjä oikeuksia, kuten oikeutta korvaukseen
palvelun virheestä, tulee hänen todistaa henkilöllisyytensä ja osoittaa olevansa kyseisen palvelun
hankkinut asiakas.
Palvelun käyttöön tarvittava SIM-kortti on Saunalahden omaisuutta. Saunalahdella on oikeus
valita asiakkaan käyttöön tuleva matkapuhelinnumero. Matkapuhelinnumero säilyy Saunalahden
omistuksessa myös sopimuksen päättymisen jälkeen. Saunalahdella on oikeus muuttaa asiakkaan
käytössä oleva matkapuhelinnumero, mikäli viranomaisten määräykset tai matkaviestinverkon
rakenteelliset, tekniset tai palvelulliset seikat sitä edellyttävät.
3.
PALVELUN SULKEMINEN JA SOPIMUKSEN PÄÄTTYMINEN
Palvelu suljetaan ja sopimus päättyy, kun käyttöohjeiden tai myyntipakkauksen mukainen palvelun
voimassaoloaika päättyy. Saunalahdella on oikeus sulkea palvelu ilman erillistä ilmoitusta asiakkaalle, kun viimeisimmästä saldon tai puheajan lataamisesta on kulunut 12 kuukautta.
Saunalahti voi sulkea asiakkaan palvelun, jos palvelua käytetään sen tarkoituksen vastaisesti laittomaan tai hyvän tavan vastaiseen toimintaan tai viranomainen vaatii palvelun sulkemista.
Mikäli palvelu suljetaan, käyttämättä jäänyttä puheaikaa, saldoa tai pakettia ei palauteta tai
hyvitetä.
4.
PALVELUN KÄYTTÖ
Palvelun perusominaisuuksia ovat mm. puhe, tekstiviestit (SMS), multimediaviestit (MMS) sekä

mahdollisuus tiedonsiirtoon, ellei sopimuksessa, käyttöohjeissa tai liittymätyypin tai palveluiden
palvelukuvauksissa ole toisin sovittu. Asiakas voi lisäksi tilata kulloinkin Saunalahden valikoimassa
olevia muita palveluita sekä lisäpalveluita. Lisäpalvelu- tai palvelukohtaiset ehdot tulevat asiakasta
sitoviksi, kun asiakas on tilannut palvelun tai ottanut palvelun käyttöön. Asiakas vastaa palveluiden
käytöstä myös, jos hän antaa tai jakaa palvelut kolmansien osapuolien käyttöön.
Saunalahti varaa oikeuden priorisoida muuta verkossa tapahtuvaa tiedonsiirtoliikennettä matkaviestinnän tiedonsiirtoyhteyksiin nähden. Saunalahdella on oikeus tehdä verkossaan kapasiteetinhallintaa muun muassa palveluiden toteuttamiseksi, ruuhkatilanteiden hallitsemiseksi ja
verkon ylikuormittumisen välttämiseksi. Kapasiteetinhallintaa tehdään määrittelemällä verkkoon
liikennetyyppikohtaisesti eri liikennetyyppien maksimikapasiteetti (esim. suoratoisto, P2P, VoIP,
HTTP). Kapasiteetinhallinnalla varmistetaan, ettei verkon ruuhkatilanteissa yhden tai useamman
liikennetyypin määrällisesti tai laadullisesti merkittävästi kasvanut liikenne vaikuttaisi ruuhkauttavasti myös muiden liikennetyyppien liikenteeseen. Liikenteen seuraaminen, analysoiminen sekä
muu hallinnointi ja muokkaus toteutetaan automaattisten järjestelmien avulla.
5.
MAKSUT
Saunalahti päättää palveluidensa maksuista. Palvelun käyttö vähentää asiakaan lataamaa saldoa
tai puheaikaa palveluiden kulloinkin voimassa olevien hinnastojen mukaisesti. Maksut veloitetaan
asiakkaan saldosta tai puheajasta riippumatta siitä, onko hän itse käyttänyt palvelua tai antanut
palvelun toisen käyttöön.

MARKKINOINTI SEKÄ ASIAKAS- JA TUNNISTAMISTIETOJEN KÄYTTÖ
Saunalahti voi lähettää asiakkaalle ajankohtaista tietoa Saunalahden, sen yhteistyökumppaneiden
tai muiden Saunalahden valitsemien tahojen tuotteista, asiakaseduista ja tarjouksista esimerkiksi
teksti- tai multimediaviestillä. Markkinoinnin kohdentamisessa voidaan hyödyntää matkaviestinverkon paikka- ja päätelaitetietoja. Asiakas voi kieltää viestien vastaanoton.
Saunalahti voi käsitellä liittymän tunnistamis- ja paikkatietoja palvelujen toteuttamiseksi ja käyttämiseksi, laskutusta ja teknistä kehittämistä varten, sekä markkinointitarkoituksiin voimassa olevan
lain mukaisesti. Käsiteltäviä tietoja ovat muun muassa matkapuhelimen laitetyyppi sekä muut
päätelaitteeseen liittyvät tiedot, liittymän sijaintitiedot sekä viestintään ja palveluiden käyttöön
liittyvät muut tunnistamistiedot, kuten liittymänumerot, yhteyksien ajankohdat sekä kestot.
Tunnistamis- ja paikkatietoja käsitellään edellä lueteltujen toimenpiteiden edellyttämän ajan.
7.
ILMOITUKSET JA MUUTOKSET
Saunalahti voi lähettää asiakkaan sopimusta ja palvelua koskevia ilmoituksia tekstiviestillä asiakkaan matkapuhelinnumeroon. Saunalahti pyrkii ilmoittamaan sopimusta tai palvelua koskevista
muutoksista viimeistään kuukautta ennen niiden voimaantuloa. Tekstiviestillä lähetetyn ilmoituksen katsotaan tulleen asiakkaan tietoon tekstiviestin lähetyspäivänä.

Introduction
Saunalahti Prepaid Family Internet is a mobile broadband service that works in Elisa’s
mobile network in Finland. It is easy to acquire and use. You can also use your Family
Internet service abroad in certain popular destinations. For detailed information on how
to use your subscription abroad and applicable rates please visit prepaidinfo.saunalahti.fi.
The prepaid subscription includes one free month of unlimited Internet data transfer
in Finland from the first day of use. Premium content may incur additional fees that are
deducted from your subcription balance. The subscription includes also a starting
balance of EUR 6 which can be used for occasional data transfer needs (max. EUR 1.90
per day) or for sending text messages (EUR 0.066 per message).
At the end of your first free month, we recommend ordering a flat-rate weekly or
monthly data transfer package or recharging balance to your subscription by visiting
lataa.saunalahti.fi. You can also recharge balance to your subscription by visiting any
Prepaid reseller.
Your new subscription is valid for one month from the first day of use. Recharging
balance to your subscription or ordering a monthly or weekly data transfer package (at
lataa.saunalahti.fi) automatically extends the subscription by 12 months. Any balance

not used during the first month carries over to the extended account and can be used
after the first recharge. Your subscription must be recharged at least once within 12
months from the first day of use in order for it to be valid.
Saunalahti Quick Recharge
After you have activated the Saunalahti Pikalataus feature at
lataa.saunalahti.fi/pikalataus, you can recharge balance and order data transfer
packages via text message. You can use Quick Recharge service with your own Prepaid
subscription or e.g. your children’s Prepaid subscriptions. Quick Recharges are paid for
with a debit or credit card that is registered with the service.
Saunalahti Recharge Extra
By recharging your subscription regularly online or at Otto. ATMs, you will receive
Saunalahti Recharge Extra worth EUR 10 (as regular balance) in addition to the valid
recharge benefit. Saunalahti Recharge Extra is valid until further notice. A minimum
recharge value is EUR 10.

As a Saunalahti Prepaid customer, you are automatically offered a useful service
which will keep you informed of Saunalahti’s and its partners’ products, loyal customer
rewards and special offers. Location and terminal device information from the mobile
network can be utilised in targeting these marketing messages to specific customers.
You can opt out of this service and prevent marketing messages from being sent
to your phone. Visit prepaidinfo.saunalahti.fi for instructions on how to opt out of
marketing messages. Note: You cannot opt out of receiving customer care information,
customer satisfaction surveys, recharge offers or similar messages.
Please note
No call or message logs can be viewed online or ordered for Saunalahti Prepaid
subscriptions. The phone number associated with your subscription is not listed
by directory services. Number transfer is not possible with Saunalahti Prepaid
subscriptions. The subscription number is pre-selected and cannot be changed.
Data transfer speeds over 3G networks are subject to a fluctuation range of 0.4–10
Mbps downlink and 0.2–3 Mbps uplink. Data transfer speeds may temporarily fall below
the fluctuation range. The data transfer speed depends, for example, on the selected
service, location, available network technology, signal strength, disturbance level,

terminal device characteristics and network load. Additionally, geographic conditions
may impose local restrictions on network coverage.
Saunalahti mobile broadband services use mainly address translation. In a data transfer
communication using address translation, the service does not receive a public IP
address for use and it is not possible to open an incoming data transfer communication.
Mobile broadband (Wi-Fi) router installation
1. Attach battery and SIM-card (see the picture below).
2. Connect the router to your computer with the supplied data transfer cable to char

3. Press to turn on the power.
4. Connect your computer or mobile device to the wireless network using the SSID of the
router. When connecting to the wireless network for the first time, you will need to
input the encryption key for the wireless network. You can find the wireless network
name (SSID) broadcast by the router and the encryption key (WIFI KEY) on the inside
of the router’s back cover.

Example of how to use the router with wireless devices
Connecting a tablet computer (e.g. an iPad) via Wi-Fi/WLAN
1. Tap on Settings > Wi-Fi/WLAN to turn on the wireless network feature.
2. Your tablet computer will search for available wireless networks and display a list
of networks you can join.
3. Use the network name (SSID information) to choose the correct router.
4. If necessary, input the wireless network’s encryption key and tap Join.
Wi-Fi equipped devices, such as desktop and laptop computers, tablet computers, smartphones, digital cameras and game consoles can be connected to the Internet through the

On the admin pages you can do the following
1. See statistical information on the use of your subscription.
2. Send and receive text messages. (All customer care messages, as well as messages
regarding special offers and data transfer packages, will be directed here.)
3. Update the router firmware to a new version (when available).
4. Modify router settings.

Logging in to the admin pages
1. Type ’http://192.168.1.1’ in your Web browser’s address field.
2. Type ’admin’ in both the username and password fields.
3. Next, click on the Log In button.

After you have logged in, a pop-up message will ask you to change the admin page
password. To skip this phase, click on the Cancel button.

If the router is connected to the Internet but the connection is not used for a period of
10 minutes, the router will disconnect from the Internet and enter power-saving mode.

When the router is subjected to continuous use for a long period of time, it will become
warm. This may lead to overheating. In such a situation, the router disconnects from
the network automatically and turns off to prevent damage to the equipment. Place
the router in a well-ventilated space and allow it to cool off. Then, turn on the router
and use it as normal.
Do not change the PIN (by default 1234) stored on the SIM card. Changing the
PIN can prevent the router from connecting to the Internet.

If the router becomes unresponsive, please try
the following steps to correct the problem:
1. Log in to your device and read the instructions on the admin page.
2. Restart the router.
3. Restore factory settings on the router.
Restoring factory settings
If you forget the changes you have made to the settings,
you can restore the router’s factory settings. Press and
hold the Reset button until the router display is turned
off. All changes made by the user on the admin pages
are discarded. Factory settings are restored to the admin
page options.

Special terms and conditions of Saunalahti
Prepaid subscriptions 2.12.2013
1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These special terms and conditions are applied to Saunalahti Prepaid subscriptions offered by
Saunalahti (Saunalahti is part of Elisa Corporation). Saunalahti grants the Customer the right
to use a mobile subscription with limited features against an advance payment made by the
Customer (hereinafter “the Service”). In these special terms and conditions, “customer” refers
to private and corporate customers alike. In addition, the Service is subject to Saunalahti’s
general terms and conditions of agreement for consumers and corporate customers. The use
of other Saunalahti services is subject to the special terms and conditions, service descriptions
and campaign terms concerning the services in question.
The Customer may use the Service and the mobile network to use services offered by parties
other than Saunalahti. The service agreement does not apply to these services, and Saunalahti
is not responsible for these services. Saunalahti is not responsible for making sure that all of the
features of the Customer’s data terminal equipment are available when using the Service.

2. COMMENCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT, SIM CARD AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
The agreement commences when the Customer deploys the service as described in the
instructions for use. Deployment of the service does not require the Customer’s identity to be
authenticated. If the Customer wants to use the rights granted to the Customer by virtue of
Saunalahti’s general terms and conditions of agreement, such as the right to compensation for
a defect in the service, the Customer shall prove his or her identity and prove that he or she is
the Customer that obtained the service in question.
The SIM card required for using the Service is Saunalahti’s property. Saunalahti has the right
to choose the mobile phone number to be used by the Customer. The mobile phone number
shall remain the property of Saunalahti after the termination of the Agreement. Saunalahti has
the right to change the mobile phone number used by the Customer if required by regulations
issued by the authorities or if structural, technical or service-related matters related to the
mobile network so require.
3. CLOSURE OF THE SERVICE AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Service is closed and the agreement terminated when the validity of the Service according
to the instructions for use or sales package ends. Saunalahti has the right to close the Service
without informing the customer separately when 12 months have passed after the last
purchase of balance or talk time.

Saunalahti may close the Customer’s Service if the Service is used for non-intended purposes
for illegal activity or activity that is contrary to good practice, or if the authorities require that
the Service be closed down.
If the Service is closed down, unused talk time, balance or packages will not be returned or
refunded.
4. USE OF THE SERVICE
The basic features of the Service include voice, text messages (SMS), multimedia messages
(MMS) and the possibility of data transfer, unless otherwise agreed in the agreement, instructions for use or service descriptions of the subscription type or services. The Customer may additionally order other services and additional services included in Saunalahti’s service offering
at each time. Additional service- or service-specific terms and conditions will become binding
on the customer after the Customer has ordered the service or deployed it. The Customer is
also responsible for the use of the service if the Customer allows the services to be used by
third parties.
Saunalahti reserves the right to prioritise other data transmission traffic within the network
over mobile data transfer connections. Saunalahti has the right to carry out capacity management in its network in order to implement services, control peak situations and prevent

network overload, among other reasons. Capacity management is carried out by specifying the
maximum capacity for different traffic types in a traffic type-specific manner (e.g. streaming,
P2P, VoIP, HTTP). Capacity management ensures that traffic related to one or more traffic types
that has increased significantly in terms of quality or quantity does not have a congestive
effect on other types of traffic as well. Traffic monitoring, analysis and other management and
modification is carried out using automatic systems.
5. FEES
Saunalahti decides on the fees for its services. Use of the service decreases the balance or talk
time loaded by the Customer in accordance with the price lists in force at each time. The fees
will be charged to the Customer’s balance or talk time regardless of whether the Customer has
personally used the service or allowed the Service to be used by another person or party.
6. MARKETING AND USE OF CUSTOMER AND IDENTIFICATION DATA
Saunalahti may provide the Customer with up-to-date information on products, customer
benefits and offers from Saunalahti, its partners or other parties chosen by Saunalahti by way
of text or multimedia messages, for example. Location and terminal device information from
the mobile network can be utilised in targeting the marketing. The Customer may prohibit the
receipt of such messages.

Saunalahti may make use of identification and location data related to the subscription for
the realisation and use of services, for invoicing and technical development, and marketing
purposes in accordance with valid legislation. Such data includes, for example, the type of
mobile phone device and other information related to the terminal device, the subscription
location data, and other identification data related to the use of services, such as subscription
numbers, as well as the time and duration of connections. The identification and location data
are handled as long as the above-mentioned actions so require.
7. NOTIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Saunalahti may send notifications concerning the Customer’s agreement and Service as text
messages to the Customer’s mobile phone number. Saunalahti aims to submit notifications of
any amendments concerning the agreement or the Service a minimum of one month before
them taking effect. The Customer is considered to have been informed of a notification sent as
a text message on the day on which the text message was sent.
