INTRODUCTION
Marsden is a veteran in the baking manufacturing industry. Its inception in 1950 makes it the
oldest baking manufacturer in Africa. Specializing in custom bakeware (Pans and Trays), we
are sure to meet all customers’ needs.
Marsden manufactures using only the latest technology, ensuring the highest quality product
to be delivered to our customers worldwide.
Since 2010 Marsden operates from its new 17,000m2 premises. We are proud to be ISO9001
accredited and an environmentally friendly manufacturing plant. At Marsden, much time
and focus is spent on product innovation and development. Having a technical department
with qualified engineers, guarantees that we meet all our customers’ requirements.
Marsden production methods were designed by process engineers. Together with a young
and dynamic management team we have the ability to certify quality of product and
competitive lead times.

RELEASE COATING
> Most popular release coating used amongst
Industrial Bakeries
> Helps to release baking product, reducing and
even eliminating pan grease
> Reduction in pan oil used, results in cleaner pans
> Clear finish vanish specially design for metal
surfaces
> Coating is both FDA and BFR approved
> Outstanding heat resistance and weatherability
> High solid content ensuring a durable coating
> This is a one layer, high glaze coating with shiny
smooth finish
> Coating life can be extended for up to 2 000
baking releases if proper pre-treatment is

> Not advised to be used with product with high
sugar contents

Aluminium is most used in the manufacturing of our trays. It has great heat distribution which makes it
energy saving. It is very light weight which makes the end product easy to handle.
