When washing pans make sure that the washing solution is recommended for the material of pans. 2. Dry off all moisture after cleaning. We use 3 Basic Materials in our production, namely: 3. Before using any cleaning agent, test it on the product to ensure the desired result is achieved. 1. Aluminized Steel 4. Consult the experts on what solution is suitable for your specific application. 2. Aluminium 3. Other (Stainless Steel and Mild Steel) Pan Cleaning Silicone Resin Coated Guidelines 1. Dry the pan thouroughly as moisture and water can damage it. 1. Aluminized Steel 2. Avoid abrasive materials from getting in contact with coated surface. This can damage coating. Aluminized steel is the number one choice of material for the Bakeware industry. It is used to 3. Don’t use pans as storage space. manufacture pans and trays. 4. Before use of pans wipe out with a clean soft dry cloth to remove dust and oil. > Corrosion Resistance Aluminized steel has superior performance compared to zinc coated materials for the resistance to atmospheric, salt spray and condensate corrosion, thus extending the life of the product. 5. Do not defrost frozen dough in aluminized steel pans. Use a mild soap that has been tested to prevent peeling of coating. > Formability 4. Can be cleaned maually or using a dishwasher, taking great care when doing so. Aluminized steel can be used to produce parts with extreme deep drawing requirements. Aluminized steel has great structural properties due to the steel core and has a special aluminium alloy coating that adheres to the surface of the steel. 30 > Heat Reflectivity reflecting up to 80% of the radiant heat that impinges upon it. This makes Aluminized steel more energy saving (Green) The material is 100% food safe. Aluminium Aluminium is most used in the manufacturing of our trays. It has great heat distribution which makes it energy saving. It is very light weight which makes the end product easy to handle. 3. Other (Stainless steel and Mild steel) Stainless Steel is also used in the manufacturing of our baking trays upon customers’ request. Mild Steel is used to manufacture all our lids. 19 Marsden Cape Town l T : 021 907 1000 l E : [email protected]
