STATION 1 – Check - In - You must stop at station 1 to make sure FamilyID
registration was completed. If registration is not complete, computers will be
available to use as of 5:00pm. Sign-up sheets for Volunteer Opportunities will also

STATION 2 – Eagle Football Patrons - This is a $25 donation to the football
program. Your name or business will be listed in the program.
STATION 3 – Eagle Tributes & Personal Ads – These are personal “happy ads”
that are listed in the program. The cost is $10 per line for tributes; various amts for

STATION 4 – Program Advertising Contracts – Turn in Personal & Business ad
contracts to Patti Scrivano. Payment and ad requirements must be complete for ad

Dear Eisenhower Football Family,
Thank you for all you do to support your son and his participation in our football program here at
Eisenhower. We are proud to offer one of the most elite football programs in the state of Michigan. I
am looking forward to my fifth year as Head Coach and working alongside you to make Eisenhower
Football the best it has ever been.
I would like to encourage each family (Freshman, JV and Varsity) to bring in at least two advertisements
for our 2016 Football Program Book. You will not be asked to participate in any other fundraisers this
season. We have an opportunity to offer local business owners the ability to give back to our
community by placing an ad in our top notch publication. When each family participates, it will be our
players that reap the benefits. Of course, you are welcome to bring in as many advertisers as you are
able. Start with yourself. Do you own a business? Or offer the opportunity to your employer. Think
about the professionals you use and are in contact with every day. Retail stores, doctors, dentists,
salons, painters, etc. Offer to your neighbors, family, friends and acquaintances. Bring them into our
Eisenhower Football Family. They will be glad they partnered with us.
The money raised from our 2016 Program Book may pay for items such as state of the art equipment for
our players, training tools and of course, one of the greatest end of the year banquets in the state.
We are dedicated to making Eisenhower Football the number one football program in Michigan. Every
bit of help will get us one step closer. Your enthusiasm and love of Eisenhower football is appreciated
by myself and our entire coaching staff, our students, and most importantly by our players…your sons.

Dear Business Owner,
Thank you for your interest in advertising in the 2016 Eisenhower Football
Program book. We would love to include you in our program book this season.
Once again, the Eagles are poised to have a successful season. 2016 marks year
five for Head Coach Chris Smith and the Eagles return many starting players. We
want you to partner with us!
Our 2015 program book boasted a whopping 80 pages and included 41
business owner advertisers. The book will include player photos and bios, coach
photos, bios and MUCH more. We offer local businesses the opportunity to run an
ad in the program as a way of supporting our team and giving back to local student
athletes. We will be printing a minimum of 650 books and they will be given to all
players, band members, cheer and dance teams and their families and distributed at
our home games. Each advertiser will also receive a program. Our program book
is made of high quality materials and is considered the best in the area. The book
is a keepsake and is kept by our students for years to come as a way or
remembering their season. I’ve attached our AD contract and guidelines as well as
our partner opportunities for your consideration. Please note: The deadline for Ad
Contracts is August 12, 2016.

Guidelines for Advertising Sales
1. Advertising Contract MUST be complete. ALL information is
required.
2. Ads must be “camera ready” (Jpeg or PDF format is preferred)
and can be actual size when submitted or resized if necessary.
Artwork can be scanned for placement in the program if needed.
We will make every effort to keep your ad in its original
proportions.
3. Ads in digital format to be emailed to Patti Scrivano at

4. If business is going to renew and the business plans on using the
same ad as last year, no need to submit ad with Ad Contract and
payment.
5. If your business does not have artwork, we will design an ad for
you at no extra cost.
