Summer Camp 2016
Thank you for choosing to participate in Chaparral Football’s 2016 Summer Camp.
To operate a successful program of Chaparral’s level, funding is incredibly important.
The Puma Paws, the parent support group for CHS Football, is asking for your
support and commitment to making this 2016 season the best ever. The cost of
summer camp for 2016 is $450.00 for JV and Varsity and $400 for incoming
freshman. You will need to have committed to a payment plan (see below), or have
paid in full on the first day of summer camp June 6th in order to participate. For
families with more than one player, additional siblings will receive a $50.00 discount.
Support Levels
Freshman Football: $400 - Includes summer camp, practice jersey, Under Armor
football shorts, UA football compression shirt, UA loose fit shirt, UA Game socks,
speed/strength training sessions, & summer tournaments.
JV VARSITY Green Paws: $450 – Includes summer camp, practice jersey, Under
Armor football shorts, UA football compression shirt, UA loose fit shirt, UA Game
socks, speed/strength training sessions, and summer tournaments.
JV VARSITY Blue Paws: $500 – Includes all items in Green Paws PLUS 2 tickets to
the “meet the team BBQ” and 2 Bingo tickets.
JV VARSITY Platinum Paws: $625 - Includes all the items in the Green & Blue
Paws PLUS two VIP (Very Important PUMA) passes good for admission to ALL our
regular season Varsity, JV and Freshman home games, 2 seat cushions, kettle corn
@ each game and a football program. ($660 Value)
OPT OUT Option: For an additional $250 to any of the above support levels you can
opt out of all fundraising for the 2016/2017 Season. All players will be required to
participate in fundraisers throughout the season to help raise funds to support CHS
Football.

REFUND POLICY
**Due to the cost of the summer camp program, there will be no refunds.
Anyone student may participate in Puma Football Summer Camp. This is a
fundraiser for CHS Puma Football. Participants are not required to participate in the
upcoming football season. Should a player not be eligible to participate during the
season there will be no refunds for summer camp. Go online to
