Based on traditional Indian medicine, the Abhyanga
massage is a type of relaxing massage therapy used
by practitioners of Ayurveda. The Abhyanga massage
is performed from head to toe using warm sesame oil.
Using gentle, rhythmic strokes, the massage is
performed using the whole palm by rhythmically
alternating soft smoothing and rubbing strokes. This
technique promotes effective draining and healthy
circulation and, thus, allows for the relief of muscular
and psychic tensions, while also efficiently detoxifying

The Lomilomi Massage (50min)

The Lomilomi massage is a holistic healing Hawaiian
tradition performed by Polynesian healers. The deep

Taken from an ancient healing method used by Tibetan monks, this

Hydro-massaging bath with iridescent bath crystals (20 min)
Hydro-massaging jets in a bath containing heated (between 34°C and 37°C)
sea water, in which marine salt crystals are added leaving your skin with a
delicate shimmer. Combined with chromotherapy, this re-mineralising skin
care provides deep muscle relaxation.
Laminar Seaweed and Natural Brown Algae Cream Wrap (20 min)
Applied onto the whole body, the warm seaweed promotes
re-mineralisation of the body, rehydration of the tissues and toxin
elimination.
Hydro-massaging bath with Precious bath crystals (20 min)
The addition of Honey and Shea tree to your bath water, will the produce
delightful sensation of having a fully hydrated and lightly scented skin.
Hydro-massaging bath with Chocolaty Milky Veil (20 min)
The beneficial virtues of sea water combined with the sensory pleasure
of chocolate.

Hydro-massaging bath with Natural Sea Algae serum (20 min)
Slimming virtues: the Laminar Seaweed and Natural Brown Algae
extracts present in this serum contain draining properties, which
facilitate the elimination of toxins.
Re-mineralising virtues: the combination of highly concentrated Natural
Brown Algae extracts and Sea Water supply the Body with essential
and dietary minerals.
Douche oscillante (20 min) : balayage sur tout le corps par une fine pluie

the legs and feet. Ideal in case of circulatory problems or to relieve the feeling
of heavy legs.
DRY CARES
Pulsating shower (20 min)
Sprinkling of a fine mist of warm sea water through a mobile pulsating
ramp, over the whole body. This care promotes muscle tension relaxation
and produces a deep feeling of serenity.
Hydro jet therapy (20 min)
Lying face down on a sheet of warm water, two jets with adjustable pressure
massage the back of your body in a continuous, localised or overall way.
Specifically tailored treatments according to the outcome sought.
Jet shower (15 min)
Continuous hydro-massaging of the body using a sea water jet with
adjustable pressure. This draining and firming care is ideal for refining the
silhouette and removing muscle tension.
Pressotherapy (20 min)
Mechanical lymph draining treatment for legs and feet performed using
a cuff, which functions by applying and removing pressure alternatively
in order to improve venous and lymphatic draining, and to relieve the
feelings of heavy legs.
