Please refer to the chart at the right to determine which size would be best for you and your family. Heating Your Ham Your Wellshire ham is fully cooked and requires no cooking before being served. Over heating can dry the ham, however if you prefer to warm your ham prior to serving, please follow these instructions. Remove ham from outer foil wrapper and plastic bag. Preheat oven to 325° F. Place ham face down on rack in suitable sized roasting pan. Add 1/4″ of water to bottom of pan to retain moisture. Cover ham with aluminium foil to prevent moisture from escaping.
