The Pli-Dek System has been recognized by the
International Code Council (ICC) since 1980
and has provided unsurpassed durability and
waterproofing performance for a multitude
of projects. The system’s inherent
durability, provided by a metal
lath reinforced polymer-cement,
offers early protection in the
framing stage and throughout
the construction process. Combining
years of proven performance and extensive ASTM Testing, the
Pli-Dek System proves to be the solution for the projects that
demand a durable and effective pedestrian traffic-bearing waterproof
deck coating.
The PD Texture Coat is a decorative concrete overlay system designed
for new or existing concrete surfaces that do not require waterproofing.
The PD Texture Coat system is ideal for pool decks, patios, sidewalks,
driveways, interior show rooms, and more. With multiple standard
colors and the ability to achieve custom colors and textures, the PD
Texture Coat will enhance the look and value of dull, existing concrete
at an affordable price.
System Highlights:
The PD Epoxy Flooring System is designed to provide interior concrete
substrates with a coating which offers unsurpassed durability, chemical
resistance, maintainability, and the performance of a sealed surface.
The system offers many finish options such as solid color applications,
multi-colored “Granite Look” finishes, troweled/broadcast aggregate
systems, as well as optional skid-resistant additives, and UV resistant
top coats.

Waterproof Deck Coating – Concrete Substrates
Pli-Dek has the ability to meet the needs of most architects and
designers with a wide variety of finish options. Pli-Dek can achieve
the look of tile, brick, stone, and other pattern finishes. If a pattern is
not desired, a hand-textured stained finish is a perfect option with a
wide array of colors and textures to choose from.
The Con-Dek System utilizes a ¾ oz. fiberglass mat
and an elastomeric acrylic resin, which provides
a flexible, waterproof base coat membrane.
With the combination of the finest acrylic
resins and the durability of the polymermodified cement finishes, the ConDek System provides a durable,
yet flexible, waterproof system
for years to come.
All finish options are compatible with the Pli-Dek ICC System,
Con-Dek System, and PD Texture Coat System. See ICC-ES ESR-2097
for allowable values and/or condition of use concerning material
presented in this document.
