iesta, established in 1987, offers to an international public satisfying the most varied

thanks to constant research on productive and technological aspects and also on the

price satisfies different levels of needs. These characteristics give Siesta access to different
market sectors, for example contract and domestic.
The collection includes chairs, bar stools and tables, all designed to be multifunctional
and multi-purpose, user friendly and with an indisputable style. With their colour, sense
of irony, play on senses and unique forms, Siesta products are immediately recognizable
throughout the world, offering longlasting, practical enjoyment. Today Siesta exports 75%
of its production to 80 countries around the globe through its comprehensive network
of agents and dealers.
Siesta offers an extremely wide range of indoor and outdoor products, with innumerable
colour variations, with plastic materials like polyproplene and fiberglass matched to
wood or metal or latest trend like transparent polycarbonate or glossy PA6 nylon, with
strong technical characteristics, that give the product inimitable qualities such as softness,
opaqueness, flexibility and resistance to atmospheric agents.

The purchase of items mentioned in the present price list, includes the agreement
with the following general sales conditions:

The present price list eliminates and replaces all former editions. The list can be changed or corrected in any moment without need of
previous advise. The prices includes the packing.

All the goods of the present list remain our complete property until the entire payment of the whole invoice amount. The present price
list contemplates, except different written agreement, signed by our company 100% payment in advance.
MATERIAL TOLERANCES
The colors shown in our sample cards can give only indications, differences between samples and products are accepted inner usual
tolerances, without conferring any right of complaint . The company reserves itself the right to modify and improve the products
mentioned in the present list without need of previous advise.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Except different written agreements, all our sales are ex factory. The scheduled time for goods ready to pick up, transport or arrival are
only indications eventual delay doesn’t cofner any right of complaint, partial or complete solution of the contract or any sort of discount
or payment from our side.

QUALITY

complaint is justified and inner above mentioned terms, we are responsible only to replace the not corresponding goods. For goods
containing tops or parts realized in glass, the receiver is asked to check their integrity at the consignment at our warehouse . Later
complaints can’t be accepted.
