We are now on 2nd Annual Ralph McKee Memorial Cruise-In Benefitting MIAP (Missing in America Project) We have confirmed the Milwaukie Elks Club once again for the location of what will now be known as our clubs “signature” annual cruise-in. Started last year as a benefit for the late Ralph McKee a member of the Pharaohs who succumbed to cancer late last year, this event will now benefit our primary mission of supporting the Missing in America Project. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the organization which helps to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed the remains of our American Veterans. The event will take place on July 23rd and run from 10:00 until 2:30. Along with dash plaques for the first 150 entrants, we will have some great trophies to hand out. Ron Ruedi has graciously volunteered to provide us with music throughout the day and we will have food and raffle items. We will need help from our members soliciting trophy sponsorships and raffle items so be prepared to help. Contact one of your club officers for more information. Pharaohs to Host Billy Bob’s Endless Summer Cruise-Ins The Pharaohs Street Rodders are partnering with Billy Bob’s Sports Bar in Gresham to assist with their already popular Endless Summer Wednesday night Cruise-Ins. They will take place every Wednesday night (weather permitting) beginning in June and will be the only every Wednesday evening cruisein east of PIR. Along with beer specials and great food, there will be 10 trophies given out for a variety of vehicle types. We will also be conducting a season long raffle for NHRA Champion John Force Memorabilia coordinated through Don Brown our Vice President. We will be looking for volunteers each week and for the heck of it, bring your car, you just may win a trophy! WWW.PHARAOHSSTREETRODDERS.COM
