Once you are with your Sailor, or if you are current or retired
military, you will be able to access the main side of Naval Station
Great Lakes through Main Gate 1. Head to the north side of the
base to the Information, Tickets & Travel Office located inside
of the Navy Exchange (NEX) Bldg. 400. MWR staff can assist
you with attraction tickets, train schedules, base information and
more!

After the graduation ceremony is over, all Sailors and family
members are welcome to visit the RTC Recreation Center inside
of Bldg. 1326, just two blocks walking distance from the Drill
Hall. If your Sailor ordered a divisional T-shirt or sweatshirt at
the beginning of their training, head over to the RTC Recreation
Center for pickup. The RTC Recreation Center also has a
comfortable waiting area, snack bar, food court, game room,
computer lab and FREE WI-FI Spot.

Once you arrive in the Drill Hall on graduation morning, you’ll find
a Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) booth on both ends
of the Drill Hall. Commemorative coins, hats, apparel and other
souvenirs are available for purchase, along with refreshments.
Take home a wonderful keepsake in memory of your graduation
at the Navy’s only recruit training location! Cash and credit are
accepted for purchases. No personal checks.
