Vibrant colors and myriad hues, faint fragrance of marigolds in the air, the fastest city has taken a pause
and covered itself with glitter and gold, for the most awaited festival of Ganesh Chathurthi.
The festival takes me back to my childhood days, when it was more about enjoyment and eating Modaks and less about
worship. And how can I forget the amazing fun fairs, shooting balloons and seeing the bikers doing stunt in “Maut ka
Kua”. So, in accord with the Ganesha celebration, we have dedicated this issue to the God of luck and prosperity.
We all have heard about Ashtvinayak Ganesha in Maharashtra, but this issue will take you to all other places in India
and South-East Asia where Ganesha has been worshiped since years with same dedication and faith.
We have been the talk of the town last month as we successfully launched our new application FlipOffices, a revolutionary platform where you can visualize office interiors and products in 3D form. Our alliance with Bangalore based
company IndiQube, for creating and decorating 1 million square ft of spaces is creating a stir in the market and we are
quite excited about it.
And lastly, as wise people say “You don’t build a business, you build people and people build the business” and at Gloob,
we always believe in encouraging the young talents. This issue will also cover the success stories of our young talents
and awardees.

Siddhivinayak - Mumbai
The beautiful idol is carved from a black stone and is positioned
in between Riddhi and Siddhi, the goddesses of sanctity and prosperity. The people of Maharashtra have true conviction and belief
that if prayed for from the heart, Ganapati never disappoints.
Rockfort Ucchi Pillayar Temple - Tamil Nadu
Steps tunneled through the rock lead to the Ganesha temple
on the hill, accessible by another steep flight of steps carved
on the rock face, offering panoramic views of the Kaveri and
Kollidam rivers.
Swayambhu Ganapati - Ganapatipule
Situated on a serene beach in a small village in Maharashtra, this
Ganesha idol is also known as the Paschim Dwar Devata, or the
sentinel at western gate. The beach here is beautiful and safe.
Karpaga Vinayakar Temple - Pillaiyarpatti (Tamil Nadu)
This rock cut temple is dedicated to Valampuri Vinayakar, a large
Ganesha seated in padmasana with a gold-fronted trunk bent to
the right. Carved from the rocks against which the temple is set,
it is the idol’s black appearance that gives the shrine its popular
name Karpaga Vinayakar.
Ranthambhore Ganesh ji - Rajasthan
Atop Ranthambhore’s historic 1000-year-old fort is a unique
temple of Trinetra Ganesha, the three-eyed god in a slab of
bright orange. Every day, the Lord receives 10kg of invitations
from across India and the globe. Traditionally people send the
first wedding invitation card here for the Lord’s blessings.
Sasive Kalu & Kadale kalu Ganeshas - Hampi (Karnataka)
This 9-ft high, richly carved Ganesha was built in 1516. Behind
the image is an outline of a woman as if she is strapped to Ganesha’s back, symbolizing Parvati as the eternal protector of her son.
Surya Vinayak Temple - Nepal
The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Ganesh. The temple is
an historical and cultural monument and tourist centre. The temple is also known as the temple of the rising sun.
Maru Ganesh Shrine- Nepal
The temple of Maru Ganedya on the northern side of Maru Sata
is one of the more important Ganesh shrines in Kathmandu. A
notable feature of this temple is the absence of the usual pinnacle.
Sri Ganesar Court Hill Temple, Kuala Lumpur
This holy site is considered one of the foremost Hindu temples in
Malaysia. In 1897, an Indian gardener started a shrine for Lord
Ganesha in an orchard of a British official’s residence.
Sri Poyatha Moorthi Temple - Malaysia
Sri Poyatha Moorthi Temple is the oldest Hindu temple in Malaysia and one of the oldest functioning Hindu temples in Maritime
Southeast Asia. Located in the state of Malacca, the temple is one
of the few existing Chitty temples in Malaysia.
Sri Layan Sithi Vinayagar Temple - Singapore
Built in 1925 and located in the busy and bustling commercial
area of Singapore, the temple attracts hundreds that includes
devotees of all races.Vinayagar Chathurthi is the major festival
celebrated grandly at the temple.

1 million sq ft commercial space in Bangalore
Continuing its aggressive expansion in commercial real estate furnishing and fit-out
Gloob Decor has tied up with IndiQube, Bangalore, to develop a million sq ft of new age
work-places through the concept of Business Communes. Bangalore occupies 40% of
commercial real estate market of India so this is obviously the most exciting place to
be for any turnkey player in the interior design space. We are very proud to partner
with Indiqube because we believe they share our vision of next-generation office spaces which are effective, fun and engaging.

We are indeed happy to announce that we have launched FLIPOFFICE - 3D office visualizer
application software. The application is used for automating office designing and showcasing,
thus taking the technology to the next level in décor space. Just by making a few clicks a user
can choose the design of the office furniture, fabric options, material options for leg and handle
and reproduces the finalized look of office in a fraction of a second.
It is targeted towards a varied set of stakeholders, such as sofa retailers, furniture manufacturers, interior designers, builders and empowers them with a plug and play solution for converting their entire portfolio into soft format, thereby making it easy to design and share.
Turnkey Projects
Gloob Decor successfully completed two sites as part of it’s turnkey vertical, namely Vedantu
and Palacia. These projects were a mix of office and residential spaces. We experimented with
different home furniture and decor for the Palacia residence and created a tasteul santuarary
of colours and design.
