Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the I Do Wedding Exhibition.
In this pack you will find extra information about the I Do Wedding Exhibition’s shell scheme
stystem, stand sizes, what’s included plus extra add on’s to make even more impact.
About the Shell Scheme...
All stands at the I Do Wedding Exhibition are
Shell Scheme. The Shell Scheme System
uses panels and poles to form back walls,
side walls and corner post’s plus a fascia
board creating your very own booth/cubicle.
Standard panels are finished in dove grey
loop nylon, this subtle colour won’t distract
from your display and the loop nylon fabric
makes attaching graphics a breeze with
hook velcro (the rough side). Fascias in
cherry red loop nylon highlight the stand
boundaries and finish off the stand perfectly.

What’s included...
All stands are 3x1 meter or 3x2 meters. (Double stands are 6x1 meters or 6x2 meters).
Other sizes are available - eg 4x1 meter please ask.
On the Lanes (Sheffield Show only) all stands are 3x1 meters. (Double stands are 6x1 meters).
The Shell Scheme, comes complete with fully carpeted floor (apart from The Lanes - Sheffield)
and your fascia board marked with your stand number.
All stands have an electric point consisting of one or two standard plug sockets. We recommend
bringing an extension or adapter if further sockets are required.

Let’s get technical...
The Panels
Individual panel sizes are 955mm x 2370mm.
The shell scheme is dove grey in colour and loop velcro finish (the soft side).
You can use hook velcro (the rough side) to apply any promotional material.
Eg. a 3x1 meter stand will have three panels forming the back wall and 1 panel on either side
If it is an end or corner stand, there will only be one side wall and one corner post.
Velcro is available to purchase on set-up-day and show-day at £1.50 per meter from any
member of the I Do Team.
The Fascia Board
Fascia boards will be marked up with your company name and stand number.
The fascia board is red loop velcro finish with brushed aluminium metalwork frame.
The fascia depth is 285mm & the length is 1968mm (2 meter side) or 2968mm (3 meter side)

Do’s & Dont’s...
DO USE velcro

DO NOT USE pins, staples, tape/glue or screws/nails

Please only use velcro when attaching any promotional
material to the boards. Sharp object left on the boards can
result in injury during the disassembly of the exhibition.
• Please use hook velcro only (the rough side) to attach any promotional material
to the grey panels only.
• Velcro is available to purchase on set up day and show day at £1.50 per meter from
any member of the I Do Team.
• Please do not use, pins, staples, tape/glue or nails/screws to attach anything to
any part or your stand. Use of anything sharp to apply anything to your stand is a
health and safety hazard for the assembly team as it can result in injury.
• Please don’t stick anything onto the metal frame.
• Please keep all displays and tables within your stand boudaries. Due to health and
safety we must keep the aisles clear. If you require more space please contact I Do
to enquire about a larger stand.
