ALL HART MOTHER F*#$!R As a spokesman… We’ll use Kevin Hart to introduce the content and be the host throughout training During training, Kevin will partake in various skits, such as “It’s this f*!#ing easy to call an Uber” where we follow Kevin’s experience with Uber https://youtu.be/VNM7Z7hir_I Kevin will speak with athletes who mismanaged their careers, and current/former players who’ve gotten it right If Kevin Hart isn’t feasible or within budget, an ex-NBA player or NBPA representative could host the training ALL HART MOTHER F*#$!R Why Kevin Hart? The NBA loves Kevin Hart and he loves the NBA, making an internal marketing campaign easy to promote authentically Someone like a Kevin Hart will bring levity to serious issues while offering a commonsensical truth in the delivery and message Kevin Hart appeals to a broad demographic. He’s relatable to the athletes with his celebrity and will be a voice of reason He could use his name to establish brand awareness. Example: Avoid “Hart Attacks” in your career. Actions detrimental to your career could be outlined in training ALL HART MOTHER F*#$!R “ No amount of touch butt in the club worth jail time, man. Ain’t nobody want to have to sell some ass in jail just to get a bar of soap. Sellin’ ass ain’t a good look. ALL HART MOTHER F*#$!R VIRTUAL INSANITY Use virtual reality headsets such as Google Cardboard, Gear VR, or Playstation VR, to show rather than tell situational training With 360 or virtual reality videos, athletes will place themselves in actual situations rather than reading about hypothetical situations 60-90 second increments, the content will stay fresh and combat restlessness, helping keep athletes attention throughout training There’s a bit of a hip factor using virtual reality, and something celebrities will want to use and engage with VIRTUAL INSANITY Virtual reality headsets will be used only 2 or 3 times during training delivering content to the most important material in a fun interactive way Stanford University proved virtual reality could be used to teach their quarterbacks to read defenses https://youtu.be/0XKxvKEFBps?t=1m6s Strivr and other virtual reality companies help us understand a threshold for virtual reality usage, capping at a maximum of 2 minutes After each video, we’ll follow up with mini- game, quiz, assessment or discussion to test retention and collect data To reinforce the material further, after each VR session and assessment, we’ll play video case studies germane to the topic VIRTUAL INSANITY TUDIE CASE CASE STUDIES ach case study will show a players journey, some of NBA success such as Steph Curry, others of misfortune like Shawn Kemp. E Using former and current NBA players, the realities of being an athlete help strengthen the players' relationship with the content.
