In case of any poor plaster surface in existence (for old building),
remove the same and corrected with new cement : sand in the ratio of 1
: 4 plaster admixed with ShaliPlast LW+ @ 200 ml / bag of cement.

Apply ShaliPrime WB as Primer after dilution with potable water in
the ratio 1:0.5

Apply first coat of ShaliCryl 215 over the primed surface. Add
maximum of 10 % potable water by volume for the first coat only,
only if
required, to have brushable consistency @ 160 ml / m2.
Allow the applied coating to dry 6 – 8 hrs of application.

coat @ 140 ml / m2 and allow it to dry.
Do not undertake any further work over the coated area within 72 hrs
of final coat.

Textured Finish
ShaliCryl 215 may be applied with textured finish by using a special
brush with a coverage of 900 – 1000 ml / m2 in two coats subject to
type
