Delivering Solutions
for Fiber Optic
Technology
High temperature polymer coatings and extruded sheathings.
Enhanced
Performance
Diverse product options.
• Fiber Optic Coatings
• Furcation Tubing / Sheathing: standard and custom
sizes / tolerances with coloring options available
• Heat Shrinks – PTFE, FEP, PEEKShrink®, ETFE, PFA,
PTFE/FEP Dual-Shrink®
• Aeos® ePTFE Tubing – Our most flexible tubing
• Custom Fillers – Glass additives enhance bonding
and control longitudal change, carbon fiber improves
crush resistance and barium provides visibility
• Secondary/Value-add - Flaring, etching, drilling & more
DUAL-SHRINK® FEATURE
Dual-Shrink® heat shrink is an ideal example of our
protective insulation. It will encapsulate and protect
your fiber optic housings, cables, and connectors from
elevated temperature or moisture.
OUR CORE RESINS
We offer fiber optic coatings and extruded sheathings from polymers such as PEEK, PFA, ETFE,
PVDF, FEP and ECA. In the table below, we detail key benefits of each extruded resin by market.

Coatings
Specialized
Extrusions
High performance protection for harsh
environments.
We offer a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and
custom profiles.
Coatings protect fibers in situations requiring
mechanical strength, temperature stability, and
resistance to radiation/abrasion. We’ll help you find the
right coating options for your application.

sheathing
Simplifying sheathing with extrusion solutions.
• Extrude sheathing over various wires or monofilament
to act as an assembly aids to pull fibers into sheathing.
Eliminate feeding or flushing fibers into sheathing.
• Secondary/Value-add Services such as flaring, slitting
and drilling available.
• Collaborate with our extrusion engineers to find the
right extrusion solution for your project.
FOCUS ON ORIENTATION
Ask about our diverse catalog of multi-lumens — tubes
with separate channels to orient fibers for connectors
and cables. Square, rectangular, and custom profile
shapes are available in a variety of colors and resins.
